I got one wet today. I'll keep u posted but it'll probably be slow going. I need to kill time while my flower tent is full lol. I put it straight in dirt. I popped it alongside an accidental creation of my own from a couple grows ago. Then I'll probably sex them and take a cut if they're female and then flower them. I'll also run it in hydro DWC too. I popped the bck cross, can't remember the name right now... blunt force trauma?
Excited to see you rock it (y)

No disrespect taken. (y) I knew what I was getting into when I started these. I originally planned to stop growing for these next few months. I didn't think it would be possible, and I expect everything will die at some point. I decided to try anyway because I'm just to damn anxious to wait. I would really like to see how these turn out. So I'll consider it a success if I can actually keep them alive through harvest. Fingers Crossed. But I already anticipate it's going to be ugly.

I just don't have the time to water regularly with the amount of hours worked and travel. There's regularly times they're going a few days past waterings. I'm literally doing a quick bottled water pour, (not even drenching the soil) just to get them through a day or two, in hopes I can actually get to them the following day. Which in most cases isn't happening. The days I'm resorting to bottled water is because I don't even have the time to PH, let alone mix any feedings. It's been quite the challenge already. But I'm trying to make it work.

I'm anxiously awaiting seeing them grown out too. I can't wait to see them grown out under different environments and growing styles. Especially hydro since I'm soil.

I'll be shucking more seeds today, and I have more drying from yesterdays harvest.

Dreadfully, I have these bags that still need to be trimmed and another few plants just harvested yesterday. Wanna help me trim? I'll be over it before I finish getting through the first bag. lol

I have two plants needing your help. Lol.
Make a nice road trip on down. 🛣🚗🚙
Take home some clones too. It'd be awesome.
Man, that all sounds like fun to me. I have to save my time off for September when my newest addition to the family arrives. I sure would trim some bud. I fucking love it! Get in the zone and jam some tunes. Machine mode, and I trim better than any frickin machine out there🔥👊🏻🍻

Update: Day 33

Okay, so today I was ready to spend the necessary time needed to get down to the bottom of this. It appears I have two problems going on and I'll need a little help identifying one of them.

The first problem, like @Jesselikes2Grow and @Baja.Beaches suggested, is stemming from a PH issue. That's all on me for assuming the formula I've been using wouldn't change and the lack of double checking my work. Watering days have been rushed, and checking PH from time to time was an afterthought.

The first thing I did this morning was recalibrate my ph pen. The plain ole tap water measured 7.0. This was my first red flag. Over the winter and spring, it was measuring closer to 8.0. I had a feeling this was going to happen and I didn't do anything about it to watch it. Last summer and fall the tap water was 7.0. At some point during late fall or winter, the city must have adjusted their water and it changed closer to 8.0 throughout winter and spring. I was almost expecting an adjustment at some point, but I never stayed diligent to catch the switch. So I never adjusted my PH down measurement.

The second thing I did was check the tap water with my normal PH down measurement. It came out to 5.6. This would explain the lockout of nutrients. While it was spot on 6.2 when the water was closer to 8.0, it clearly dropped the floor on me when the tap water was adjusted by the city.

I also doubled checked all of the measurements with the PH drops for a second reference and the results were the same.

I was planning to take this further and measure my run-off PPMs, run-off PH, and soil PH today. As well as make the necessary adjustments. However that will need to wait until tomorrow. The soil isn't quite dry enough today.

My second issue is the flyers. I saw two today on one leaf. I briefly fingered a couple of the girl's soil and I didn't see any movement or anything noticeable. I'm not ruling that out yet. But I snapped a couple of photos of the bugs. I could use some help identifying them. I'm not sure if they're fungus gnats or mature root aphids.

I do have some sticky traps arriving today, and I can treat the soil tomorrow if necessary.

Any idea if these are fungus gnats or mature root aphids?

Shall I phone a friend and call out the big guns @Schwaggy P

I'm now leaning toward fungus gnats based on the abdomen structure. But it's a hard call for me.
Not sure if anyone answered this but these are Shore Flies and are a common pest in commercials greenhouses.

It's looking like @Uncle Romulus growing over here with all of these plants. I still have more I need to squeeze in there too. So these fuckers better mind their P's and Q's and keep their hands to themselves. They have a 1/2 gallon pot to get comfortable in, and that's it. And I don't need any sexy sexing going on either. Any masked males that reveal themselves have one of two fates. 1. Death for looking at my ladies sideways, or 2. they're being sent to the SHU for solitary confinement if they're lucky and I'm in a good mood. These girls are my protected virgins who's flowers will remain intact. And the skanky girls are getting artificially inseminated. So any dudes are just plain S.O.L.

Out of everything being tested, I've only found one mutant so far. Black Abyss #1 test plant (#5). One leaf is webbed. It also just started producing a three branch top.

I just added another group of clones today. These will end up getting pollenated. Each group added so far has been one week apart. I have one last group of clones to add. I'm also in the process of reversing BCK.

I shucked some more seeds this morning. I still have 5 more branches to go.
