I think transplanting them this weekend will be just in time.lovin the growth and the growing upwards!
They're just hungry. Notes for next time; don't wait! LolYou maybe right. I am glad they are adjusting to the hydroponics quickly.
They still have that 2x2" coco plug and I didn't want to drown them. As they get bigger I'll definitely flood more often. Right now it's twice daily.Flood four times a day?
If there was nothing but clay pebbles in the netpots then this makes sense. However, I kept the 2x2 coco plug that the roots were in. That gives the plants a great buffer and reservoir. I probably don't even need to water more than once a day.Hans says you flood once for thirty minutes then drain, wait till the plants tell you they need water by drooping/wilting. If it has been seven hours then flood every six hours. If it has been nine hours then flood every eight hours. Hope this helps.
Quoting myself because I realized it had been awhile since the last time I calibrated my pH meter! LET THIS BE YOUR REMINDER.Well it's been another day in the life and I'm not happy with how the kids are looking. Any ideas on how to get them back on the lead lap?
