Dunno about the LLC. Keep in mind that most of these cats are (closet/ssmall room) "breeders" who are then tossing their seeds at others to sell because they don't have the customer base, computer knowledge, or basic business experience to run a business themselves. Very few have their own site to sell from. If that's where yer going (seedbank sales/Strainly/etc)...I'm not sure an LLC is needed. I dunno how the banks track sales/payouts to individuals. 1099's? Anyone know? It can't be all under the table like Heaven's Stairway was with Websites/carts/taxes levied/etc. What a fuckin hassle...LOL.
And keep in mind...while clones/seeds may be legal in some areas...it's not yet legal to MAIL THEM. Again...it's easy to make product but it's hard to navigate through the legality of getting rid of product.

The first thing u need to do is take advice from people already in the business making money in the business and not take advice from the wanna be, would be or could be if I wanted to washed up folks with a plan and no form of execution. Where did you gather it was illegal to transport hemp across state lines? I know for a fact that usps has no issues with you mailing "hemp" clones at all.
They don't have any issue with anything that's THCA. Clones are considered hemp even if they are from THC plants regardless of anything and can be mailed. Crossing state lines can be sketch but depending where u are they don't give a shit.

I've seen it all man. Didn't start doing this 10 min ago. Sure I've made mistakes and am far from perfect but anyone that thinks I don't know a thing or two about this business would be a fool. It blows my mind the assumptions people pass off as fact about my situation and contracts I have in place. I get it you don't wanna sell weed cause of the risk but don't tell me it isn't profitable, even at 800 a lb I could pull 5000 a run on 6 tables @9 weeks using 600 dollars worth of power.
