Getting some EARLY purple on the blue dream

Fed the girls some calmag n florolicous plus today. That shit stinks like ass btw lol.
Anyway. The blue dream smells like fresh but overly ripened blueberries with hints of cheese I wanna say. I really really like it. It draws me in sometimes and I stand ther smelling it for like 10 min haha. I degress,
the Zkittlez (too me) smells like sweet garlic or something you would put on spaghetti. It smelled pretty sweet just a few days ago. Now it's more on the savory garlicky side.

The clones are really starting to take off. I trained one of the blue dream clones a little to aggressively and she was struggling so I apologized for wasting her and kindly removed her from the tent. Everything else in the veg tent is really picking up steam. Got 10 tops on one and it cant be more than 4 or 4 inches tall from the base. Its literally a tiny bush. This blue dream is forgiving and resilient, plus I love the smell. If the taste and high is anything that I like, I'll probably be cloning and growing for a bit . Only thing that would stop me from continuing this pheno would be if it's really weak. I'm not in love with the resin production but that doesnt ALWAYS mean a bad effect. I guess time will till but right now it's the last factor that determines if I keep it around or not. The ZKITTLEZ buds are so tiny that the taste and high is really going to have to be something special. Otherwise I'll possibly grow the clones and let that be the end of that strain in the garden. Or that pheno at the very least. again, time will tell

Yea its Zkittlez BUT I got them from nirvana who I believe makes they're own versions of these strains. So it wouldnt actually even be THE Zkittlez that everyone thinks of. Could have the same strain as parents and still tons of different characteristics based on phenotypes. So If that's true I guess u can say this is off brand ZKITTLEZ lol . Like the difference between frooty loops and fruity o"s lmaoo. This is my theory on y nirvana is so cheap. Sont get me wrong tho, the GSC and Original GLUE from nirvana is the real deal as far as quality goes but so far those 2 have been the only ones to live up to their respected names

So far.. I think nirvana is an EXCELLENT starting point for new growers learning the ropes. Dont but 100 dollar packs until u know your shit is dialed in. Then you'll get the most bang for your buck. I got a FIRE 100 something dollar pack coming from heisenbean genetics. Lemon tree extract or something like that. Also 1 free thc bomb from another breeder. I wont grow them tho until I can get my upgrades. I want to get the most out of them if they are truly great genetics.

Everything in the veg tent is being vigorously trained as part of my plan. I'm managing to keep them pretty low and have a good amount of room to work with still. They aren't much bigger in height but everything has multiple tops and have WIDENED considerably. I being pretty aggressive and forceful. They aren't discouraged and may the fight for height go on

The white spots on the leaves are from watering. My watering can is too big for the pots and I get the nutrient water on the leaves. They dont appreciate it apparently

I'd say they're in fill fledged veg now. Itll get harder to keep them low fro. This point. maybe I'll feed them as little as possible as well to discourage rapid growth but that's only if I notice crazy growth within the span of a day or 2

Kind of on auto pilot right now. Gave em their last feeding yesterday and they will be recieving nothing but water in what should be their final 2 weeks. Could possibly even go 3 or 4 but have to come down no later than nov 15th. So I can have them in jars b4 moving. Here's some pics

I have an inkling that the 1st blue dream plant I grew, wasnt blew dream. It looks exactly like a GSC I grew from same breeder and completely different than the BD I'm flowering now. I'm 95% sure there was a cookie seed put in that pack of blue dream. Its fire for sure BUT This just isnt blue dream. Cookies has a very distinct look and smell. I dont really care lol but all my experience is telling me "dude, that ain't blue dream". Another tell tale sign is the yield. Blue dream is kinda know for chunky buds and cookies is known for small, dense nuggets with buds that are very spaced out on the stem and not connecting whatsoever. That's how this grew. Everything about it screams cookies with a certain bud structure that, im sure, anyone who grew cookies b4 is familiar with. U tell me. Look at the top pic 2 posts above this one. Looked like BD or cookies to YOU? What does YOUR gut say?

No. It had a subtle sweetness in flower. Now it smells sweet and when u squeeze or crack a nug, theres a slight skunky scent. When smoked its definitely sweet and the roach smelled like the samoa gsc or whatever there called. Idk if I mislabeled it or got a surprise in my BD fem pack. Either way I'd be willing to bet money that this is not blue dream and is indeed nirvana GSC . I have grown it b4 and i gotta say it's a spitting image in every way. Blue dream doesnt grow the way this plant did either. I noticed it so I threw it In the journal but i only have on esmall, spaghetti sauce sized jar of it so itll barely last me a month IF that and be forgotten lol. Great high tho, definitely an upper but not too "racy " . A BIT racey but not uncomfortably so for experience/long time users.
