You guys will be OK if you grow the Top Shelf stuff. That's what the smrt cats say who aren't in legal states and who simply "know" how it is/will be.
Yeah...you'll kill it at every Farmer's Market and you won't have to pay any taxes on the sale. The State/Gov't always play that way, right?

OK...just fuckin' with ya. The game is over as you knew it if you made money. Now ya just gotta be happy they aren't gonna come.

And then we come to the "Waterfarm". Another set up that was very popular for awhile there. Still have some rings and tubes and shit from those.

The pic looks really close to how I used em in SCROG. I grew a Cannalope Haze in one that I wove through a 5 x 5 screen for a good 6 weeks. That one plant offered up 13 ounces at harvest. My 2nd best take indoors from one bush.

Fuckin' hydroton. If I never step on another one of those or have to wash tubs full of that shit again it'll be too soon......LOL...yikes.

I step on those damn hydroton balls at least once a day. lol
I made the mistake of tossing them in my garden.
I find them everywhere. The cat plays with them and the other cat plays with my root riot plugs.
They're soft and easy to fling in the air like a mouse. lol
I broke out the 10ft x6x6" square PVC tubing, more early tech from the past.
Another trip down the "memory hole". lol

And then I got into flood and drain and tables and shit. Since I had the store costs were fairly reasonable to try out new systems/etc. so I always grabbed this or that and had a run with it when something new came in.

Anyone remember "The Bigfoot"? Just a stand and table and res....but we'd put 4 of em together in a square and light em with a few 1000's and they rocked hard. The only downside was...yup...washing or tossing/buying all of that hydroton for every run...

That's the only grow style I've yet to try just a simple ebb and flow.

Heehee...I'm a just chop that shit up and make hash with it for myself for those prices. I got spoiled bigly from '91 til 2015....and just can't do it. I get more joy just giving folks a fat chunk of hash than to feel cheated/shorted on the deal.

Scopin the pic for ferts/etc from the past. Jesus...there were/are so many. Some are no longer manufactured.

I see "Doc's cloning Solution"/gels in there. He went out of biz while I had my store so it had to be pre-2007. (I was open March 2003 til May 2007)
Liquid Karma. Sold a shit ton of that stuff, Anyone still use it?
Awesome Blossoms. Ditto. Very popular bloom booster in the day.
Atami- B'cuzz. This line and the Greenfuse products were the most pricey at the time in my stock. I didn't carry AN cus it was expensive AF to stock and there just wasn't any interest.
"Top Secret" was a nute from Cali....made by a friend of a friend (my first/only grow partner)...both of whom eventually ended up gettin popped bigly....
Hydroplex- I liked this shit but it never sold very well.
Grotek and Dyna-Gro were decent sellers but nobody came close to the GH 3 part in sales.
Dark Energy/Supernova. Always liked these. Again though...pricey.

What a balancing act it all was. Fuckin High Times Grow section would highlight a product and within a few days folks were asking for it. you'd stock it...then next month's mag would come out with the next dick swing and you'd be stuck with 8 bottles from the 12 in the case.

I had the purtiest/greenest lawn in town though...heehee....and I'd send friends mixed cases of shit for their lawns/flowers/etc that never sold/etc...

I'm still upset Dutch Masters went under. They were great nutes for a big yield.

Ahhhhhh....are you speaking to the trimming machines that turn nice buds into little brocolli/baby carrot-type buds like the dispensaries have where they whack em down until all the goodness is gone and every "bud" is round and looks like a marble so they can make concentrates? Those trimming machines? Heehee.

Proud to say I never had one/used one/sold buds that weren't respected! Ouch. 🤣
