I had two of my FB68 keeper clones and one was about 40g less than the other wet so this is my 'fuck-it' plant. I didn't weigh anything but this is all the trimming I do. In the grinder the sugar leaves either get mixed in, or they stay in the top of the grinder because they were not good to smoke ;)
This hung for 6 days, but had real skinny branches so it stopped losing weight quicker. This is already great and I know it just gets better with age.

I have three more hanging still dropping a little weight each day. My room is perfect on rH but a little warm. (60%/70F) but it is what it is. Rain and higher temps and I've had to run a de-huey in the room the wardrobe is in. There's two FB68 chopped the same day as the one above and one two days later. One is the same as the one I'm smokeing, one it the "v2" that I have clones of going but haven's smoked yet, and the other is a new seed plant. The Dubstep is hanging to the left. I'll have plenty so I get to roll fatties with what I am playing with now.

I took the second small plant today, and the extra time hanging on the stem matters to the terps. Side-by-side they have the same buzz (same clones) but the one that hung a day longer smells like it should. The earlier chop smells more bland. It tastes fine though, and it's got the effects so that'll be my joint weed instead of bowl weed.

Crazy that about a day and a half hanging can make that much difference.

I'll weigh this one just out of curiosity. It looks hairy but once you grind it it dumps the resin heads they've been protecting. It doesn't smoke 'hot' and choke-y like some real hairy ones. I think it's just a thin layer but with good coverage. But there's almost no trimming. I'll snip the few fan leaves that were left up top, but it's mainly bucking it all off the stem, then using gloves to get each nug into the container. If there's extra leaf from those crows feet beneath the bud pull 'em and move on. A good hour long podcast and I should be done.

Looking like some late 90's light green with red hairs.
took about an hour to "trim" 2 oz. Just snipping below each flower and 80% of the leaves dropped off. Because of me trimming away most of the larfy limb early-flower. The sugar leaves are so skinny they just break off. most are solitary nugs instead of having stem and two lower nug-lets. I got a quarter-bag of those smalls to smoke on first.

The lower two tins are the clones/keeper stuff. It's as expected and I love it! All have the similar mexican food smell and these have a lime/citrus bite. The upper left has the striking orange wig with tons of frost. Real skinny sugar leaves but they're dark green si it has lots of contrast. Instead of lime this has a sweetness. Top right is the sticky version and is topped with raw garlic, the garlic that is already sprouting and has that green smell too.

I kept out a handfull of each to smoke on this week but the only "smoke test" was on the clones. The mom is still in there. I'll smoke on them all today just because I can, but I want to give the two new ones a day to themselves after that. The Garlic is a one-off, the orange one is the 2-clone pot and the mom I just flipped. I'll have plenty of the smoke but then it's gone. That was the tall varriegated one. I ended up with over a QP combined to cure out while I smoke on what's not in the tins.

I'm thinking about dropping another bean before the top two run low and keeping a clone, Then just keeping the best mom, not dropping another until I decide on the smoke. The orange one has "desert island" smoke potential, but something tells me I'll be good just smoking the garlic one once. Yaneverno. It's definitely foul.

Not a great germ rate, but I never mess with them until about the 3rd day, and then I noticed the soil was a bit dry. So I am counting these three as vigorous survivors? 😬 🤷‍♂️ I soaked them and may see some pop up but I doubt it. The domes are being vented for the growing ones, not the hopefuls. Gonna have to give it another go but it can wait until next month and I'll do more varieties. Since these are regs I don't have a lot of hope for a girl of each.

The Lemon Hashplant x 88G13 Hashplant look like a mini forest of clones. Very nice.

I have one of the three Uzbek that might be a dude, or it might even have one limb showing male and the rest female. Or it could just be funky female thingies. No pistils on anything yet but good pointy preflower nubs on two. Anyway I'll have room with two harvests soon so I may put the 4 littles in flower soon. The one with jurassic leaves is the PTK, then three Paki up the left side. The big-un is the Chem91 S1, letting it get rooted a little then I need to shape it and pick what I keep, then flip.

This is the before with the three 1968 up front, Flashback 68 in the rear. I plucked fan leaves to see the structure better, now I'm taking notes on each and labelling them, then topping them. no clones to try the smoke. I'll up-pot them again and get shrubs. This is where faith comes in. Everything from Greenway has been great smoke. The man that made those selections tells me these are not great smoke. When I get around to having to take clones then I'll flower one of each because you have to know (more notes) but it doesn't have that imperative like if he had told me it was fire.

The 1968 is a an unknown Hawaiian indica heirloom plant and a Vietnamese something or other - that's all the info.
I have a short one that is a beanpole after the first few limbs, a short one with good Christmas tree structure (which had the biggest leaves), and the stretchernot a beanpole but short limbs like a tall skinny fir tree -the ones they plant rows of for privacy fence.

IMG_1595.JPG IMG_1596.JPG IMG_1597.JPG
There's no hurry now though. I just watered them last night and they might be ready for the next pot already. That is prompting the topping thoughts. Slow the growth a bit then get her in a new pot for when the hormones and auxins shift to the limbs being all new tops.

Rearranged flower and everything looks a little better. I don't do soil testing mainly because I have so many iterations of soil in the garden at one time. It gets amended in batches, some plants eat what others don't, etc. I think this is a soil-born hiccup causing the plants not to finish. Too much kelp or alfalfa or whatever is in craft blend that is veg-leaning. I took down the BJC and the Dog because they hit 10 weeks and were done as expected. Here's a pic of the BJC, nothing but milk.
IMG_1611.JPG
and the dog has ambers everywhere. But also white pistils.
IMG_1612.JPG
Since I am potting old-school plants this round isn't getting amended. I'm sifting out roots then checking consistency. I might add new peat or something to fluff it up. The two that need pots are on the stands, the 3rd Uzbek was a tranny. One limb of 4 had balls. Could have been a disaster seeing the pistils on the other limbs. But CSI has plenty if it's something I want more of.

All this stuff is praying so hard you'd think they were on a Diddy tape. Three Purple Floyd, Helen's Melons, and the Lime Green Skunk. So I think it's just one batch of the soil that needs attention.
IMG_1620.JPG
The Pink Floyd got moved in here with the Toke-a-cola. Oh by the way, which ones Pink? The shortest Floyd had some mangled looking deformed fan leaves.
IMG_1619.JPG
Without the 2 harvests this had room for the Dog clone I decided against keeping
