I'd take pics but none of it is pretty weed. The Chem91 S1 this morning justifies me tossing the peanut butter version mom in flower. The last of the old weed is only from July. But it also justifies flipping the mom this clone came from. The next bean might be better or worse, but worse is still a keeper.

It's the same with the Flashback since I just ddumped all the versions into one jar. I already aed the Dirty Taxi clone so I think hunting those F2's is probably next on the list. But since I won't have moms to worry about I have 4 flower spaces now.

The Dubstep had super tiny buds, but the sugar leaves were fat. Had almost as much weight as the flower. Nice buzz, taste, and it smells like a spicy spearmint.

The Blue Jack City is amazing. It smells like blue cheese when you open the jar. but if you stay in there it has something smoky. After grinding it up is smells like smoked BBQ chicken. Super stony but I didn't start the day with it so it wasn't a real test for the effects. All plants this haervest are good smoke. Can't ask for better.

The little tent has domes 2 weeks apart. One Xmas bud is already popping in the new batch. The older dome has the vents all open but domed for humidity. I keep filling the little grooves where the plants can't suck it into the cels. The muffin fan is on lowbut some air makes it through the propagator.

The 9 Lemon Hashplant are about ready for small pots. I think i'll go back to the regs getting 1g so they can flip and get sexed, but the fems getting 1/2g because they're going into final pots before flower. If they need an up-pot before flower it gives me options. The Sour Puss is the one with leaves hiding the sign. I got 4 of 12 Dirty Flashback, 2 of each. One was real slow but looks great now. The only shitbag is the "Hashmaster". Andy reversed this for a buddy and sent me some with an order. Didn't get one to grow yet. I had a dud before the chuck and one during that didn't get to catch pollen. Might be just as well.
IMG_1624.JPG

I got all my pots dumped. I pulled the rootball and shook all the soil back in the pot. Rice hulls and cover crops removed, then I added insect frass and fish bone meal. I was about out of both and didn't want to use craft blend or guano this round. I have three more plants that are in the rough soil that needs attention. I tumbled all the soil one 7g at a time because it fits right into the small totes. I got it all wet to field capacity and letting it set overnight, tomorrow I have lots-o-pots to fill. I may add raw peat or some new bagged soil from Coast of Maine that hasn't been touched by worms yet. I use their seed starter, and their tomato and veg soil for my outdoor starts.

How much I add is gonna depend on how much soil I need to get everything done. I mixed up some new soil and castings to put the garlic in outside but I might end up using that inside and letting the garlic fend for itself in outdoor soil. Garlic has second priority to weed.

First I have my Flashback68 mom. She's getting a 10g, even if I don't fill it all the way at first. She doesn't stretch and won't go 9 weeks, so a true 7g of soil should do it. I probably end up with 5-6g of soil in the 7g pots. This is a beautiful tree! Topped a few days ago and nothing taking off so it should be a nice fat shrub.
IMG_1631.JPG
The three 1968 only get 5g because I am not as interested now. I have a tall one and two shorties
IMG_1632.JPGIMG_1630.JPGIMG_1629.JPG
I lifted the leaves on the front two, they need new pots. They'll look a little better after getting water tonight but they need room. I'll snip those fat fan leaves if they become an issue. The lower ones all interfered with the limbs.
IMG_1633.JPG

I also have the two Paki and the PTK. All girls now but also slow growing. They get 5g as well

Here's basic weed science for ya. I haven't been doing anything but the bare minimum for over a month now. Keeping the plants alive, letting things wait until the last minute, etc. I have fresh weed after the seed-chuck drought and for the past few days I have been checking off lists I haven't made yet.

Over time the THC converts to THC-v or whatever and makes it more sleepy-time weed. Now I have weed that makes me get up and do stuff, and weed for after that and I can tell the difference again.

I think this is just for future reference on when to drop the next Chemdog or Flashback bean and make another stash. I'm hoping the Dirty Flashback will be as good as the Taxi by itself.

Man of my word - no more moms. I stuck the fems in with the identified girly regs. I snipped the big shade leaves off the two short 1968, but the tall one has enough spacing the leaf could droop all the way and not touch the limb under it. The FB68 mom got a 10g, the rest 5's. This is all gonna be landracy type stuff except the FB68.

The new veg. The bottom row of the signature block.
I had 11 Xmas Bud but one has a hard helmet. I barely touched it and the head fell off. I think the shell hinge never let go and it kept growing and sliced itself. So there's ten and a Ricky.
IMG_1637.JPG
And these got pots. the 9 Lemon G13 are the lower right square. 4 of my Dirty Flashback up the left side and the Sour Puss in the back.

On the opossum/skunk front, I think I have one female skunk and she lives under my shed, not the house. The other one has been a no-show for weeks, then a week ago a new one with stripes showed up and got chased away rather harshly - it stunk for a day but that's it. So I think I have a nesting female that is already preggers. She's the one with the mustache toupee. This guy is back tonight, I can open the door and talk to them and no issues.
IMG_1649.JPG
I have at least three opossum that show up nightly and they are looking very healthy. Much more cuddly looking when their fur is filled in. I bought a cheapo 30lb bag of food and put a scoop out every night. They are now leaving food in the bowl when full instead of gorging, I guess knowing it'll be there tomorrow. There's a huge one that looks like a teddy bear, no dark markings by the eyes making that skull look. It's probably in the 10lb range. Large cat. There are two almost identical 5lb-ers, but one has short hair and one has long hair.

For the record, the Blue Jack City is awesome. So far each plant had a different profile but both have potency and a feel-good high. Strong sharp blue cheese smell as a base for both but the first had blueberry, this one has smoked chicken. I'll be stocking up on those at a minimum when I feel like I need to place another order from Greenway. I have no Purple Floyd left if those three turn out great. I still have lots of his stuff to run alongside mine. Oh and everyone elses gear I already had.

I gave away a bunch of beans and still have about 20 packs of 707 Seedbank regs to try. At one pack a month that's almost 2 years growing just 707. That's not counting the fact that one was a 100-pack. I gave some of those away and got more bulk 707 stuff back LOL

So if I find something I like best to get more beans and count on possible low germ rate down the road. By the time I run out of the few beans I have buying more might not be an option.

From the bottom. I have some wonky looking Xmas Bud crosses. I had some questionable ones in the last Lemon/G13 batch but they all grew out of it. The Ricky Retardo is a shorty.
IMG_1660.JPG
Everything got water tonight, these all look like they enjoyed getting new dirt.
IMG_1659.JPG
These are the just flipped ones. The 2 little light green 1968 trees have no resemblance to Ginormica front left.
IMG_1658.JPG
The Pink Floyd and Toke-a-cola
IMG_1657.JPG
The two Uzbek in the back are getting that wavy leaf thing again. The Purple Floyd and Helens Melons could be sisters, the LGS is getting super skunky smelling among other smells.
IMG_1655.JPG
And this conglomeration. The two clone-forest pots hit 7 weeks yesterday, the shorties are almost done. On the big shrubs I'm just letting larf be larf. I'll snag leaves out of the middle to keep the airflow, but I'll have so much smoke some of it is going straight to decarb anyway.
IMG_1654.JPG
And this is my little mama (I think). you can make out the shape of the mustache toupee, but I can't get her to look at me so you get the full effect.

The Blue Jack City is amazing but weird. It seems dense or oily or something. Ground up it has a harder feel to it, and it's almost impossible to do a one-hitter. It just keeps burning.

The effect is you get really deep hits trying to get it done - then you're done

I mention this because anyone that wants it can buy beans of it. He gets his cut still if you buy from Dagga and you don't want to put cash/check/money-order in the mail, but the strain descriptions on his site are best. So far everything I've grown from him is top notch smoke with unique smells and flavors.

I think it would be worth the extra effort (no debit card) to do the order from Andy instead of from the seedbank. He has sent me loads of stuff that's un-tested and freebie retail packs he thought I'd like. You'll get freebies from a seedbank, but not the "well, if you bought this one you will probably like this - and try this other one too..."

Andy is the Greenway Solutions guy. His site is the second link. I mailed him a check and got my beans in the mail before the check cleared LOL

I think that's the only time I ordered from him. I got stuff from Dagga at first, then him, then back to Dagga to clear out the rest of the FB68.

Just message me an address and I'll share some beans.

So it's 3am. This is being retired. I worked my ass off until the back said stop. I did too much and called it. Dinner, motrin, and a double dose of RSO and I went to bed early. But now I'm awake so no sense pretending I need to sleep because of the time.

I got my garden almost ready to cover crop for winter, and I have rain due in a few days. All the pepper and tomato plants got cut up and stuffed in the little cage by the bolder. I gave up on some square footage that's just got too much tree root and am using the raised beds to gain a little back. After the first few light frosts (no icy ones yet) I still have all the volunteer herbs and marigolds growing. Some of the pepper pots have their cover crop of herbs or flowers still going.
IMG_1663.JPG

Last fall I chipped up all the fruitwood I had chopped then let it age a year. I shoveled it into buckets for measurement so I could make each bed the same. The backbreaker was moving the 4x4 bed. It still has some soil in it I will put into the other beds over the wood, then it gets a few buckets of wood and the wagon of soil I took out of it. The roots under it were all small ones, but it was like krazy-glued velcro getting it up. I'll be building the soil inside the fence over the winter, but then I plan to have all my plants in pots next year. I'll probably shovel up soil to fill pots in spring then re-cover crop what's left.

I have no clue what this is - but it might just be plants that don't like my low humidity. I'm not a humidifier or dehumidifier dude for the grows. If I need to get a room perfect for drying then game on, but after the dome they survive or not. one is showing variegation, and both have shit for new growth. all wrinkled and deformed.
IMG_1672.JPG IMG_1673.JPG
I was worried it might be something in the soil, but as soon as I opened the vents on the dome some of these went sideways. This is all new seed starter soil so the same thing happening to different strains in different mediums doesn't leave many options. I snipped these apart and have a tray of good ones and a tray of probable culls.
IMG_1678.JPG
On the first two, the other 7 look great, so that was an easy cull. The closest one had weird leaves then grew out of it.
IMG_1674.JPG
On the Dirty Flashback front I have one version that is looking perfect, can't tell them from the Sour Puss.
IMG_1675.JPG
But one version gave me something odd. Still no 5-blades.
IMG_1676.JPG
So this is what's left. 11 regs and a fem, or 5-6 girls to flower.
