@Lanestrainley ?That's 400-465nm for chlorophyll response.
The 300-365 range is UVB and UVA.
I think you're on to something; the stuff I've seen shows that plants respond better to higher CRI lights.
290-315nm is UVB
Him and I were discussing certain exact spectrums that help potency.290-315nm is UVB
315-400nm is UVA
400-700nm is visible light
>700nm is infrared
Those were spectrums to manipulate hormones to show sex earlier, and to initiate flowering response earlier.Him and I were discussing certain exact spectrums that help potency.
Sorry peeps, I’ve been super busy lately, I’m sure everyone can guess why…lol.290-315nm is UVB

He also said UV destroys CBD. Not sure why.Uv-B is unachievable in LED?
He says this around halfway mark
I haven't heard that.He also said UV destroys CBD. Not sure why.
Agreed. If this were true there would be no point in growing high CBD strains here in Colorado and I know that's not the case.Hmmm, it seems wrong. There is UV in natural light which I’m sure doesn’t harm the CBD in outdoor CBD plants.
I haven't heard that.
I thought we might wanna have a discussion on it to understand why he said it.Hmmm, it seems wrong. There is UV in natural light which I’m sure doesn’t harm the CBD in outdoor CBD plants.
Cured flower I can see. UV is bad for your weed after it’s dead. Thus “store in a cool, dark, dry space”.I thought we might wanna have a discussion on it to understand why he said it.
Get to the "truth" of the matter.
Maybe it turns it into CBN?
Is he talking about cured flower?
What I understood was it's a give off, increase thc decreases cbd. Then he said it wasn't good not to have any cbd in the flower. He might have changed his mind by now. The vids have been a couple years back.Cured flower I can see. UV is bad for your weed after it’s dead.
So your peak bloom recipe is working out really well in one of my flower tents ttystikk, their ph drift seems to be going 6.0 - 6.3 every couple of days like clockwork so they are definitely happily munching away and they are looking very happy.Use it for a few weeks starting around week 3 or 4 of bloom. If you use it at the end, you'll get more weight but you also get nasty, chemical tasting weed. That's where the bad reputation for hydro got started.
