If Goodell had told Kappernutz "stop it. you can't protest while you are on the clock" it would have ended that day.

PC and cancel culture has no limit and eventually consumes itself. You are never as woke as the next asshole - then you're outed.

All animals are created equal, some more than others.

Honest question, how do we address mixed ethnicities? Are we going backwards, lol. I guess the irony here is people with white moms, like Kaepernick. Or Obama or a Kardashian or white dads like Connie Chungs Children, lol....is there a purity test coming?.....

No animal shall sleep in a bed - with sheets

The left has always had a strategy of 'divide and conquer'
Divide people into focus groups, then tell them that one of the other groups is the source of their problem - and that they have the solution.
Blame the rich guy that provides jobs, because you don't want one of those jobs - and fuck people who do.
The biggest one comes from the lefts inability to comprehend illegal invasion/insurgency as opposed to legal immigration.

Once we are all Americans, they have no platform

What is actually hilarious is all the Hollywood elites - that have starred in dystopian films , memorized the scripts, read the lines over and over - and never heard them, and advocate socialism because they will be above the fray.

Are you saying you are OK with businesses and schools remaining closed, due to false numbers being reported, because it’s better to be safe than sorry? Florida labs have been reporting 90% higher positive test results than actuality. Do you think they are the only labs doing this?

I dont care if the business close or not, but I probably wont be going back to quite a few that dont. Schools are different, Actually I am for them shutting them down, because it is better to be safe than sorry. I look at it this way, I dont care about the numbers that can be turned around and twisted to meet anything your heart dreams up. I care about the distinct possibility that this shit is real whether you want to accept it or not, and the thought of what can happen is just mindboggling. Seriously, we are talking a million kids or more carrying this shit home to infect their parents, grandparents, neighbors, whoever. My kids are gone and their kids are out of school but if any of them were still in school, theres no way I would want them going back till a vacine is available. I would rather be safe than sorry when my kids are involved. Now you do whats best for you and your loved ones, after all they are your kids.

I really don’t understand your logic. You seem to think that I think the entire COVID pandemic is made up, but I don’t. What I’m failing to grasp is the fact that you seem to be ignoring the fact that, while this pandemic IS BAD, it ISN’T AS BAD AS THE MEDIA IS PORTRAYING IT TO BE. You are willing to let businesses crumble, and for kids to settle on a less than optimal learning experience, all in the name of protecting others from an EXTREMEY LOW RISK OF BEING HOSPITALIZED OR DYING. If you still feel the same way after reading the article linked and quoted below then please turn in your drivers license and stop driving. After all, you are better to be safe than sorry, and you have a 1 in 9,000 chance of dying from an auto accident, compared to the 1 in 19.1 MILLION chance of dying from COVID. Those chances do not warrant destroying the income of millions of people. If you want to be safe then stay home, but don’t expect everyone else to.

The risk study by Dr. Rajiv Bhatia, clinical assistant professor of primary care and population health at Stanford, and Dr. Jeffrey Klauser, adjunct professor of epidemiology at UCLA, looked at publicly available case incidence data for the week ending May 30 in the 100 largest U.S. counties as states began to reopen.

“The thing we are looking for is to start a discussion of risk,” Bhatia said. “We’re bombarded with data on death and cases.”

The study found a person in a typical medium to large U.S. county who has a single random contact with another person has, on average, a 1 in 3,836 chance of being infected without social distancing, hand-washing or mask-wearing.

If that sounds like a tolerable risk, consider the odds of being hospitalized. The study found a 50-to-64-year-old person who has a single random contact has, on average, a 1 in 852,000 chance of being hospitalized or a 1 in 19.1 million chance of dying based on rates as of the last week of May.

“We were surprised how low the relative risk was,” Klausner said.

You dont need to understand my logic. You just need to do whats best for you and your family. Kids going back to school without a vacine in not a chance I'm willing to take, if its OK with you, well have at it. I know that whatever happens, I'll be able to look in the mirror and not hate who s looking back.

Respect @hhibrownsbacker. I've lost a child....and not by my hands or my decisions......thankfully. It's seriously bad ju ju in any form....but the folks who hold the reigns who send their kids willingly and casually into this fire will enjoy a life of guilt AND grief as the realization of their stupid hits them full force. Nobody I know with kids is sending them back to school. I'd be right there with 'em if I was sent back 20 years and my kids were of school age.

Still staying out of the mix here. 4 months this week with about 6 trips out and about in that time frame. Not much open/reason to go anyway.....and the tourons are here....so masks are here/there now and a whole new round of germs (and stupid) is in town. For us it's grocery/hydro store/hardware store every 3 weeks or so. We are letting folks come and camp on the property w/the understanding that yer self sufficient in all needs. Nobody coming in the house/everybody stays outside and at least 6 ft apart.. Everybody is crazy from bein cooped up so long. (but me. I love the shit/hate dealing with people in general). So nice and quiet around here this year...

be safe (or be stupid...your choice)

I have nothing against immunizations, but are you really on board with giving kids an immunization that is being rushed out and is bypassing all the regular required steps that are normally taken before they should be released to the public? Think about those numbers I posted real hard. If you ignore all the social distancing and mask wearing guidelines, while being in groups of people, you have a 1 in 3,836 chance of catching COVID-19. If you do happen to catch COVID-19, and are older than 50, you have a 1 in 852,000 chance of being sick enough to be hospitalized and a 1 in 19,100,000 chance of dying. Those chances of hospitalization or dying drop astronomically if you are below the age of 50...and you think schools should remain closed until a vaccine is rushed out? Do you realize how low of a risk those numbers are? To put it in perspective, the chance of getting struck by lightning in the US, in any one year, is 1 in 700,000. This means that people in the US are 27.29 times more likely to get struck by lighting each year than they are likely to catch COVID-19 and die from it. They are also 1.28 times more likely to get struck by lightening than to catch COVID-19 and be sick enough to require hospitalization. Are you going ot start sending your kids to school in giant metal Faraday cages now?

All of this assumes the present numbers - which we know are exaggerated.

Not just "presumptive cause of death - Wuhan", but there's also been reports of
cancer-Wuhan
traffic fatality-Wuhan,
gunshot-Wuhan
etc. all to get a little gubmint money. Who cares right? the people are dead anyway, why not get some extra funding !

I believe pretty much nothing I hear on TV now.

I didnt read your numbers, as I dont care what they say. For every number you put up, I can find 10X that in 5 minutes saying the contrary. You need to make your own decisions and if you want to use stuff like driving deaths, lightening strikes or whatever, then use them. Im not saying that the world is gonna explode, and Im not saying you are wrong. I am saying I aint taking a chance with my family. I really do hope you are right, BUT it isnt worth the risk. Home school, on-line school, whatever we can find, is better than having my friends and families kids play russian roulet with this shit.
