    Seed Starting in Light Warrior

Thank you-I will keep an eye on them. I wasn't sure if they had some unusual regimen that had to be followed.

    Seed Starting in Light Warrior

Shop was out of my normal seed starting mix, COM Sprout Island. I was forced to pick up Light Warrior. My seeds all germinated and are above soil. Fox Farms BS says to feed within 5 days of germination...that seems way too early to me. If anyone has used this, when did you begin feeding? I was...

    Uv light

Just harvested my first plants that were run under a suppliemental Cali-Light works UV-B & the buds have the most bulbous trichs. Taste and potency are stronger than the same variety grown with out the UV-B. Same lighting, soil, etc was used. I don't have a good way to test numbers, but it...

    Sammys deficiency factory

HAF is 100% spot on about earth worm castings (EWC) They are about as close to a cure-all for cannabis difficiences & pest issues.

    Who had a proto pipe

I had one for years. Lol cleaning that little resin trap was a nasty chore!

    Sammys deficiency factory

For your third grow I would just keep doing what your doing and make corrections next run. They look good for the flowering stage they are in & the slight difficiences/excess shouldn't be a major issue. I would just give water + micros or something similar until finish if you are in soil. Biomin...

Tried to top, now have a mess. Leave or remove ball?

I would try raising the light a little to see if that doesn't help let it stretch out.

    TINY TENT GROW

Have you ever read about or thought about buying a UV-B tube for pests? I just recently purchased one and I've read in several places folks claiming it irrdicated their pest problems. You would obviously have cycle it so it doesn't damage the plants. They also increase trich production & makes...

    TINY TENT GROW

That looks awesome man, you even have a proper exhaust hooked up for that little guy. Good idea exhausting from the bottom as well, clones/seedlings love the heat being pulled down from the light. What do you keep your driver power set to on the HLG?

Anyone know what this looks like?

They arrived via overseas containers that were eventually opened in Allentown PA. They are really bad here. I know people say they eat plants but I've never seen any damage due to chewing or leaf spots, unlike other pests. I think they almost just like the warm and natural environment the...

    Adding a tent

It was a two chamber. I didn't put the divider in and just run it as a flower tent. Sits nicely next to the 3x3.

    Adding a tent

I actually use LEDs & cheap ones at that. The 150w are ViparSpectra P1500s and the 400w is a ViparSpectra P4000. I can run them much closer than with the HPS so canopy penetatration hasn't been an issue. They have enough IR to keep leaf temps up without over heating the tents. I'm going to be...

    Adding a tent

Yeah the single 400 is about perfect for that size tent. The 3 150s are nice though because you can raise and lower them independently to match diffent plants in the same tent. I've gotta borrow a buddy's par meter and do a comparison test between the light set ups.

    Adding a tent

I love my 4x3 flower tent . It's an odd size but is easy to light and still large enough to have multiples or larger plants. A single 400w led is plenty or you can run 3x150s to really light it up. I second the Ac Infinity products. The controller 67s have been a game changer-my wife no longer...

    Organic Dry Amendments

Yeah, the alfalfa during flowering is somewhat controversial. Some folks swear by it, others don't recommend it at all. IThe liquid humic is applied at 1/2 tsp/gallon every watering or 1-1.5tsp with feeding. It does lower ph with can cause calcium uptake issues if you use too much.

Has anyone here ever used humic acid in hydro?

I use this in soil but it can be used in hydro. It does drop the PH so you have to take that into account when using it.
