In soil? You can always put a fan on them and hope the dry out
From one newb to another, and without access to better advice, I would get a small circ fan blowing gently on the surface of your soil. If can turn down the humidity too, that should help the plant(s) transpire more water.

Up pot them to drier soil so the roots will reach out. The drier soil will also leach some of the water in the soil.

This is true. Try not to blow the fan directly on the seedlings but more on the soil but I would go with what H said but do it carefully and try not to damage the roots when you transplant
I fuck my roots up when I transplant. Just pull em out by the neck and toss em in a pot. The less I give a shit the better the girls look
I hear you but when They are stressed out from being overwatered it’s not ideal to stress them out more by tearing the roots
They should recover with no problems after up potting them
You are giving it too much light imo. Leds are strong lights. I get similar problems and dimming shit down a bit helps usually.
The sun is 10 times stronger than any led on earth and seedlings get blasted right out the gate. His issues are environmental in the root zone
