Got the rest of the cloner filled up. There's nothing but water in it right now, I'm still considering a bit of calcium nitrate. I'm also told that phosphorus encourages root growth so I'm thinking a tiny pinch of MKP, that's monopotassium phosphate (0-52-32) as well, maybe?
I wouldn't add anything but they need to be folder fed and raise the lights.

This is what i use at about 7.5-8ml per gallon. Ph to 5.5-5.6 Maybe changing it after a week. (Buddy of mine swears by it) I usually run the same solution until roots have formed and they are ready to be transplanted.

Foliar fed? What do you suggest I spray on them?
That's a dimmable LED light bar, turned down to 25%. Is that sufficient?
I use an app on my phone , lux meter and keep the light around the clones around 4000. The plants are telling me the lights to strong for there available nutrients. 1 gram per gallon of calcium nitrate.

Doing foliar feedings with a very light kelp tea always works well for me. I don't know what board or wattage your light is but I set my LED to pull about 10 watts & put it about 16" over head and slowly add power & adjust the height to avoid stretch. Too much light can really slow down the rooting process, less is more.

I would just raise it. General rule for clones has been if you think it's not enough light raise another foot

It works really well and helps me a bunch with canopy management/light intensity fine tuning. But I am pretty sure a lot of you master growers might have those abilities already built in and can observe the plants reactions and then adjust on the fly accordingly.

In @TerpyTyrone thread, I discussed the dry nutrient salts I use and the ratios I use them in. If y'all want, I can post that stuff here, too.
The reason I use them is consistency. Since my goal is developing better techniques and technologies for growing indoors, I want to eliminate as many extraneous variables as I can. Dry nutrient salts are very consistent because calcium nitrate is always the same, etc.
By the same reasoning, I run clones because that way I can make a change and not have to wonder whether the results I get are from the change I made or the pheno. If the pheno is the same, then the fuck up is on me lol

Damn it ttystikk you keep putting ideas into my brain(Or maybe its this Double cone of OrgiBX) that I find can't help but to make one tumescent. If your new grow space has a bunch of integrated solar panels that are strategically placed to capture any potential uncaptured light the the plants don't get, then send that to an all in one solar station and then run all your peripherals off it I will stand in awe.

i have nothing to fuss about with lights by TerpyTyrone ,all good and yes i grow in dirt and try to keep it natural body requires clean meds.

large butcher knife ,ten in.boner works well,cut layers off when circle bit no longer reaches. first on i tryed i used a tire grinding wheel [ these are to take a small raceing slick into a scaled down tractor drive tire] ,lucky i started outside plastic and foam everywhere
