My female plants the top buds looked like the one pictured. But I wouldn’t say it was desirable, or at least mine wasn’t.

Interesting side-info in there even for if you arent breeding for that trait

I kinda feel that way, on the fence, but without studies like this we might not discover the next big thing. We all love feminized seed and the discovery took a little Monsanto type influence. And it kinda depends on the hand behind it.

I personally prefer regs over fems just for that reason. Nothing wrong with them except they do tend to nut more than regs. I grow both, smoke both. But prefer regs.

I think there needs to be more research into the plant as is before changes are made. They are still finding beneficial compounds that you might be altering or breeding out without knowing they were there. And the changes might not be noticed for a while.

Actually, think edible gone awry. About 10pm, thinking it will knock me out. Took about a half hour nap and then I was up doing stuff

Thing is, being retired there's no laying in bed thinking "I need to be sleeping!!!" - you just go with it

And daytime sleep seems deeper than night time sleep. I'm only seeing about 3 -4 hours of daylight.
