There are many good deals on ebay if you shop right.

I got a Nikon D-40x and a D-5100....both more camera than I am qualified for. I'm into both for under $500 with many lenses. They have an odometer, you can tell how used they are.

haha im a cannon guy myself but i use my cameras for work also ive tried mant brands and cannon was my favorite even their point and shoot cameras are nice pretty sure amos pics are shot with a cannon point and shoot

Hey...that's a good camera. The bee picture above was shot with a D40X. Your D5000 will beat it by 2.3 megapixel. It's worth cleaning up.

These camera's are like cell phones....you want the latest and greatest? well assume the postion That D5000 will take fire pics and you can't beat the price

Here I am, I have a gopro and iPhone xs Max, I just use my iPhone with a kit of various attachable lenses I bought for it. I should look into getting a better camera though, it would come in handy for plant shots.
