There is a feeling, a voice in the back of my head that says i just flipped it too soon this time but fuck it i already did hahaha

Nl is looking much better, if it can veg for a week before transitioning i can still get 100g, i hope. But overall i’m very happy with it. It’s over the transplant shock completely and since these are bonsai mothers they have thick stems and good side branching already. I’d normally snip the longer tops one more time and then flip but it has lost so much time already. So i’m just gonna wait and see what happens!

Where are the destroyers ???
Your cross is looking rather official. @sfrigon1 is right with the awesome bit. Definitely seems like a beautiful pairing. Excited for bud porn.
Thanks man i’m really excited about it.
And as for the destroyers i smoked them all and made some chocolates too ahhaha
I was so busy with all this virus shit mentally that i barely took any photos plus they were nothing to brag about hahha
Pulled about 250 from 8 plants. Picked 3 keepers. They are going to get another shot after this grow. I’m really excited to grow that during summer. Never gonna grow a pure sativa in winter again! Not without climate control.

I completely understand that. As you fuckin should be. You're growing a strain no ones smoked before. My crosses are all up and hitting second leaves.
Ahaha understandable about the destroyers lol. I'll have to wait on the rerun. Cant wait. Pure sativa cross sounds epic.
Got a journal? can’t reach your profile, i should check it out.
I got 5 of those now and all have been crazy good so far. Well when you start with good genetics it’s very hard to screw up right hahaha
But this one is gonna be epic i can feel it. Also i’m getting back to breeding again (look at me getting back to breeding again :)) I’m gonna cross the NL with 4-5 strains including the Destroyers! Boooom! Universe ends!

finally today 2 of my clones are looking a bit better. Now these 2 i talk about were taken like 3 weeks ago and they had roots and were transplanted into solo pots. I transplanted like 10-12 total and if these 2 can make it a total of 4 will be left out of that 12 which is fucking abysmal. The others just wilted and lost colour and turned to mush. Sad sight to see. But after a couple applications of amanitha (agrobacterias) and propolix (some propolis based antifungal) now those 2 seem better and there is actual detectable growth which makes me happy. I’m backing of the antifungal treatment for a couple of days because i don’t want to stress them more.
as for my second batch of clones, they are green and firm and i’ve been applying the same antifungal treatment to them also and for now they seem ok with it. I hope this batch gives me a better success rate because if i can’t clone my genetics i’m in danger of losing some beautiful plants forever and that would hurt. Keeping fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
i’m gonna upload some pics. It’s dark time now in the clone tent. I’m giving them 2/2 so they get 12hrs total but they don’t flower.

Wait why is cloning proving difficult for them?
That’s what i’m trying to figure out. I don’t know if this is fungal bloom season or some crazy shit but i’m battling some kind of shitty fungal disease. It’s like stem rot and then growth tips turn brown, mushy and die off. I think the culprit on that was my heavy mix, which i’m gonna change for the new clones. Using a more aerated mix this time.
the second batch is not necessarily going bad atm. just been 5 days and no roots or white bumps on a couple of cuts i pulled from the plugs. I usually don’t do that but i wanted to see if the section under the soil was ok and it seemed like it was and they seem green and perky and firm so i’m optimistic. And with the lighter mix i think they will be ok. I guess i’m gonna find out in a week or so.
I’m also gonna take a third batch just waiting on some naa and some organic and chemical rooting hormones. I’m gonna do a side by side to determine how effective they are. Not gonna be 100% scientific but it should be fun and i can house about 40 mothers in my bonsai tent so why not. thinking about taking 4 cuts from each plant (4 plants) and i’m gonna transplant them side by side. 4 groups: untreated (control or aloe vera)/naa-nad (wp)/chemical auxins mix/organic auxins mix.

Well fuck.
Fingers are crossed for you homie. I need to set back up my cloner. Set up another 18x36 tent for my future Mrs' clones and my cloner. Of course I didnt have a wand for the tent. So much for downgrading. Lol.
Your experiment sounds fun. I jist did clones straight in soil 2 weeks ago. 70% success rate lol. I prefer the cloner.
The dinachem x looking spectacular. Loving her build.

yeah i love the build on that too. Just topped once or twice can’t remember. Great morphology. Thanks man i hope this shit clears up asap.
i hate using chemicals and i’ll probably never gonna use them again but this experience showed me how important to have these supplements at hand and to know how effective they are so i should give it a test and decide once and for all on the protocol i should stick to in case something like this happens again.
never had luck with cloners i diyed a bubble cloner and the water change was a bitch i’m more like a stick to soil and wait a week kinda person. With my prior runs i had like 95-100% with a night in aloe water and then to straight peat. This run was like 20%. Abysmal hahaha

It could just be the strain you are trying to clone. GG4 was a bitch to get roots on for me. Dubstep, GMO Cake and Bodega Bubblegum rooted way easier.

Yeah these usually clone very well. I’m growing these strains for 3 years now and i never had such shitty success rate. Fungus is just the worst shit man i hate it!
Still a good excuse to experiment with cloning hormones haha
