These are Eso veg seeds
The waterfarm is Orangeberry Smoothie and the others are Welchie. This time i put them in lower in the hydroton and will fill it up when they grow past the top of the lid.
All are getting TDS 600 PH 5.9 AN Sensi Perfect A+B and start with 10ml per 5 gallons of calmag.
All are looking good except for the 2 welchies i helped with shell removal...they might not be coming back...
But thats why I popped lots of beans.

It works fine I just read about this in a tutorial.
Another tip i figured out. Cut out the bottom of a solo cup. Push that into the hydroton and remove the hydroton in the cup. Put your seedling in and pull up gently and the pebbles support the plant as they replace the space in the cup.
And the roots are at the bottom. Works great. Wish i thought of this sooner.

I put 2 more black grape dumdums in paper towel last night and 1 popped today, other looks likes it's getting ready to so I put them both in rock wool tonight. Also just threw 2 more dynoberries in the towel. The weak one in flower got tossed tonight, she wan't making it. I still have 1 healthy dynoberry flowering but no black grape dd. I may run both dynos but will do at least the 1 replacement. I think I will put the black grapes and dynos right into 12/12 as soon as they come up out of the rock wool. I'll run them dry this time, lol.

The rock wool hasn't been as kind to me this round, go figure, lol. Got a bit of dampening off from overwatering but that usually isn't an issue with rw.

Heres the healthy girls

That’s a great idea! I’ll be using that in the future for sure. It’s always been tricky biting the rock wool or rapid rooter with concerns of damaging the roots or being too rough. I like it!🍻🔥🔥

@thenotsoesoteric Are you still open for testers? I'm on an all fem run and still have some space to fill. I'd love to run some of these crosses
Unfortunately not. I did try to get to as many folks as I could and sent out like 15 testers packs. I'm reversing my lvtk cut starting tonight. Will collect pollen from her hopefully and will do another round of chucks in a month or so and will be sending out more tester then. But for now testing is already in process for this round.

If all goes well and these crosses perform as I hope they will, I will be offering them for sale. Just wanting till they flower out to make a call as to when they're good to go but I'm hoping by mid september I'll be able to see what they'll do in flower. They'll be about 6 weeks 12/12 sept 15 I should know how well they'll perform in flower and if they're good to go I'll open up shop.

Thank you for your interest though, I appreciate it big time.

The 2 dynoberries popped tails and are in rock wool.
20190821_180842.jpg
Of the 2 black grapes I just popped and put in rock wool, 1 had a tail yesterday but 1 didn't. That 1 still hadn't popped today so I manually popped it. So hopefully it'll pop up too so I'll have 2 more dbb and 2 bgd to throw into 12/12 as soon as they pop up and for normal leaves.

The dbb I manually popped has some weird growth coming in on the first set of true leaves to early to tell if she grows out of it since they haven’t been above ground for more than a few days

gwheels has an orangeberry smoothie that had some weird growth in early veg but it did end up growing normal it seems but is a bit behind his dynoberries. And my oj#3 ob smooth went funky on 2nd node but ended up growing out of it as well.

Hopefully it's just a small hiccup and she carries on normally in the next set of leaves or so.

Hell even if it doesn’t like i said I don’t have much going on as far as a grow right now since I shut down for summer so even if it continues with the mutation I’ll let it ride

Ok peeps, here they are after a light change from last week. The 315 cmh is up using the 3100k bulb. I really do like this light so far. The plants are liking it as well. From left to right is the oj smooth, welchie in the middle and dinoberry on the right. The oj are outgrowing the rest and the stem rub on the top one is like an orange creamsicle with some sour skunk on the end. Welchie smells more grapefruit ish with some chem undertones and the dinoberry has a slight berry skunk earth smell. I’m at six days since the change and flip. All going good and I have some lower growth for clones. No topping for these, I need them to stay somewhat slim. Cheers!🍻🔥🔥🔥😎BAE74BC4-C645-49B7-BF65-3BF0B8FD2677.jpeg4666504E-6231-4236-AA40-A627EE228BB4.jpeg

It grew out completely normally on the first set of real leaves. The first leaves it threw were single bladed. This has happened with other seeds in the past and just grew out ok.
@Texagonian It will be interesting to see the stretch difference. You are running the 3100 and I am running the 4200. The light hue is definitely different. And your plants are looking PERFECT !

Your OJ are outgrowing and my Dynoberry are going to own the tray soon :) Subject to change any night lol.
