I guess it's time for a thread, I've been meaning to make one, but haven't felt the need yet. Now that I am starting a new flower cycle, with some new genetics, I figured it was time to have a consolidated place to post updates.

So... Equipment I am currently using.

Veg (empty at the moment until my clones root): 25"x30"x44" cabinet, with a strip build consisting of 6 2' single row Samsung f strips on a hlg-185h-c-1400a

Flower: 4x4x80 tent, ac infinity 4" exhaust fan, and I just picked up a Honeywell turboforce fan for circulation so we will see how that goes

Light 1 is 4 HLG 132qb's on a hlg-240h-c1750a 3500k

Light 2 is 2 Atreum 288.2 boards and heatsinks, on a hlg-240h-54a 3000k

Genetics are GPS hibernate, and the deputy. Hiesenbeans GMOozy (Adub x GMO), and Bridezilla (GG#4 x wedding cake)

Got the lights plugged into the flower timer after I got done building light #2 so tomorrow is day one of flower. I'm gonna kill the mutant in the corner as soon as I see roots on the clone, i can tell it's gonna want to stretch to the moon anyway, so I'll probably toss the clone(s) in shortly after it gets settled in

Edit: forgot to add everything is in 2 gal fabric pots with promix all purpose and megacrop

Here's that fan up close if anyone is interested. I know it's a pain to find a good fan for a tent so I thought I would share. It was fairly easy to mount up there, and it seems like it blows at a good angle, and fits pretty good.

I just ziptied an old freezer shelf (don't throw those away with the old fridge there useful for tons of shit lmao) up to the top tent poles, and then ziptied the fan to that.

Actually blows a pretty good amount of air, 3 speeds, and a wide oscillation

Day 3 and they are starting their stretch. Got in there and defoliated today.

Almost all of the plants have these holes here and there on a few leafs

I scoped them out and didn't see any bugs. I did find a singular big ass carpenter ant crawling around, do you guys think I could have been from that? Or possibly nute related? I bumped up the feed some and added some pk yesterday.

I've been lucky so far with pests, and this run is going smooth, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was the curve ball this cycle...

Edit: I did notice a bit of a cal def, so I added a bit of liquid cal from nftg. Wonder if it might be related to that

Got all of the cuts showing roots into cups. They were popping out yesterday, but I had a killer headache. There are a few that don't have roots yet, but they don't matter. I always take two just in case, and I have at least one of everything rooted and in cups.

6 days for the earliest, 11 for the longest. Not bad for peat pellets. I'll probably get some rapid rooters once I use these all up. It was $3 more for a heat mat with a tray and 72 of those plugs than just the heat mat, so I figured I could use them for a while.

Doesn't look like the holes in the leafs are getting any worse/more widespread. I'll keep a close eye on them though. Seemed to effect the fastest growing of the plants worse, so I'm thinking the high transpiration/light burn theory is probably the correct one.

Everyone seems happy, and praying for the light

Digging the structure of the bridezillas.

And I forgot to mention it, but I moved exhaust fan out of the tent. Once again my friends freezer shelf and zipties make an appearance lmao. It's temporary untill I get a carbon filter.

AC Infinity FTW! Have you compared the humidity reading to a standalone unit? Mine was off by almost 10 degrees, could have been the position of the probe in the tent.

Glad I ponied up the extra for the AC infinity though. The controller more than makes up for the cost imo. Plus the alarm feature is tight.

Pro tip, if you have one, make sure you have enough intake to support the fan at full speed even if you don't use at it at full speed. When you set the high temp/humidity alarm, it will go past your set speed and ramp up to Max to try and get it down

Yeah I had to get some 8" solid duct and an elbow for my intake because anything over speed 3 seemed like the tent was gonna implode with 2 4" intakes lmao.

I gotta make a filter box or something though. The ol pantyhose filter doesn't work on 8" lol. I cut and taped an old t-shirt to the end, but it slowed the flow way too much. I'm hoping one of those cheap furnace filters will have more flow. I don't need HEPA filtration, I just need to keep the bugs, dust, and hair and shit out. Those 99 cent fiberglass filters should be good enough for that without slowing the flow too much. I hope anyway lol.

Haha yea when I used one of those cheap amazon ipower 6" fans it sounded like a fucking airplane and almost collapsed a 5x10 lmao. I haven't put a filter on the intake but have always thought I should. I've seen mesh filter socks for running paint through but not 8". I think the cheap fiberglass will work. How do you plan on putting it on?
