FedEx delivers 👍

I thought it was hilarious. Wtf do you expect on the interstate? Dude I went to school with got smoked by a semi crossing the highway, literally right next to a giant sign that said “no pedestrian crossing”. Stupidity kills.

Oh I agree....they would more then likely be alive if they had used their brains instead of following the masses. Now you got mom's going around having their children holding signs about killing white people and fuck the police....and so on.

Your Military experience was vastly different than mine. I never thought about bills or retirement. Ah to be young and naive again. “Go clean that bathroom, then when you’re done go buy 6 cases of beer and bring them back here and stock this fridge you’re not allowed to drink from” “sure thing sir, man this job is awesome”
I did 3-and-out starting at age 17. Six year total enlistments back then with active/reserve.

Got out, got high, got work in construction, heating and air, etc. got tired of it. When I saw the boss with the same lifestyle I had, after many more years of effort - no sale. I joined back up - different service. Loved it.

Did NOT take it seriously as a profession the first time.

What's funny is I hated it so much the first time I did inactive reserve.
14AUG91 I got my first honorable discharge.
15AUG91 they started calling up reserves for the first gulf war.
went back in in 92.

I joined when I was 17, too. Did 2 enlistments but got out after 7 years due to service related injuries (fucked up shoulder that surgery didn't fix) and it was either go into a different career field or get out early with VA benefits. I was going through a divorce at the time so I thought it was a good time to hit the "reset" button on live and start over. To this day I wish I stayed in until retirement. I would have been able to retire from the military years ago if I had stayed in.

All you had to do was embrace the suck - then the suck gets less as you advance :)

I loved my time in and some of the people I was stationed with are still close friends today. A guy I was stationed with in MT used to throw a party every year, and people he was stationed with in Suadi Arabia, Italy, Korea, MT, etc. would all fly out to his place to party for a weekend. I was never able to make it out to them, due to work, but wish I had. His grandmother lives near me so I see him a couple of times a year and we always have a great time. "The suck" can create pretty unbreakable friendships, that's for sure.

Masks and gloves in your own car would not be dumb as fuck if say you had an 85 year old dear grand ma ma in the car with you.

But mostly it's just geniuses.
