daytime only if you've got nothing better to do, late afternoon/evening is a better choice. the stone is heavy and fast starting with a throbbing pulsing vibration disconnected from the heartbeat soon to be filled in with a ringing in the head & pressure behind eyes/face, very cerebral head-space, you will become lost. a decent amount of body is in the mix lending to a nice chill/relaxing finish. not couch-lock but you may get stuck on the couch thinkin' 'bout thinkin' n things n stuff.
