Beautiful garden man !
I can’t wait to be in the position where I can run a 4x4 no till bed - if I tried now my upstairs room would end up in my down stairs kitchen glad you mentioned the weight of your bed when saturated been trying to work it out for a while I was only 800lb out with my math 🤦‍♂️ looking forward to updates on your grow …☮

Thanks! yeah I spent some time with a scale to figure it out. I am planning on putting these beds up on dollies when i exit the tents. My neighbor is a retired master carpenter. We talked and he said to make the platforms out of 2x4s 3/8inch plywood. It would more than support the weight

You could do a 3x3 bed in a 4x4 tent in a upstairs room. Its only 80-85 gallons of soil. And if you fill the bottom third of the bed up with some wood, and use around 50 gallons of soil that will cut the weight down even more. I think in the hugel bed i only used 90 gallons of soil. the wood took up a lot of that space. That bed is much lighter.

Ya man, it’s perfect for that early flower nitrogen hunger!! I smash them up and get the cell walls good and crushed and then bubble them in a 5gal bucket for about 2 days... you can literally watch the PPM climb.
Yeah I just dont do any teas or bubbling anymore. I just mulch everything left over from harvest back into the beds. The bud left over from hash washing is most excellent for mulch.
