My guess would be that any of these high speed strains will be most potent Before they are crossed, On average, The original real cuts come from Keepers and are maxed out for potency already, it took a lot of work or really good luck to get them that way, whatever less desirable recessive genes they have are not on display.
Cross two keepers and you get something new and cool and original, but it takes picking through those crosses to find a new keeper that will be as potent or more potent than the original keeper cuts. So straight up Cory Cut S1 will on Average be more potent than when you cross it with anything else, but there will be keepers that might exceed it because of the new genetics that are mixed in, but you have to find them.
You have to remember that any recessive genes are almost always going to be less potent, not more potent and you will be getting recessive genes from both original cuts mixed in. Breeding two keeper moms, even when crossed directly to each other via Feminized pollen doesn't change the fact that you will have recessive gene to sort through, it only assures that you are starting with two keepers as apposed to one keeper and a Male that probably isn't really a keeper. Honestly, nobody I know of is sorting through nearly enough males to claim to know for sure that they have a keeper male.
It's Only when you cross the Original Keeper with itself, either on the original plant or from the clone, that you mostly avoid going through the selection process to find a new keeper. That's been my experience anyway. Cross a keeper with itself and it's damn close to the keeper you started with.
Crossing two keepers doesn't mean you get a keeper, it just means you have a hell of a lot better chance of finding something really good and a very low chance of getting something not worth growing.
