The girls are doing their thing. Everybody’s happy. Alternating between water and flower nutes every other day. Thinking I might change to nutes only in a couple of weeks.

I reduced that reversed female to a plate of sacks. They’re drying now in my kitchen cabinet. I replaced them with a couple of cuts.

The others are adding a little bulk and density to the buds. Everything seems good.

Catastrophic failure on one of my biggest colas.

Nasty case of bud rot. I was watering a while back and I noticed that my big oscillating fan wasn’t running. The power went off and this fan needs to be manually restarted. Two interesting (not really) facts: 1. It occurred to me that the power was out the day before yesterday, which means that the fan wasn’t running when I fed yesterday and I didn’t notice. 2. Later in the evening I realized that I forgot to turn in on, so it was off for three days. I’m not a stoner, but I do seem to have some of that old-age forgetfulness going on.

The two little clones that I brushed pollen on are showing signs that it was a success.
The rest of the girls are getting close. The trichomes are mostly cloudy with a little amber here and there.
Day 50 of flower.

Two plants got the chop this week. One was long and lanky, and I tired of propping her up. She was showing about 20% amber. She gave up about 5 ounces.
The other was the one with the bud rot. I thought it was just in the main cola, but a couple days later I found some in a lower bud. I chopped it and found some in several buds. I’m pretty sure I got it all, but I’ll have a hairy eyeball on it when I trim it.

The rest are about ready. They’ll probably all be hanging by next week.
