2021 Mystery Pack Competition

PICK YOUR OWN
I'd like to find the NL#5. I believe that was early 90's Cannabis Cup winner multiple times.
I not sure if Neville made that or if he bred it to one of his Hazes by then.
That NL#5 Haze was the one of the best.
I never bought straight NL or AK47, but had a couple autos.
There was one, rumor has it,
came around town called Elvis that was kicking everybody's asses.

This and That have the same pollen donor, The other got tested but never listed and the Fem is currently available.

I moved my breeding thread into the limited access area until after the competition so that everyone could experience the mystery.

What's with weeds in your pots ? I pull weeds in garden, farmers spray weeds but you got em chilin with your plants. Sup with that shiot.
Seriously though, imagine how weed free your garden outside would be if you planted stuff you don't mind growing? Grass, clover, radishes, anything cheap. If you walk on it you weren't growing it anyway, but you know it's not stuff that will hurt the tomatoes.

Plants compete for nutrients in the soil with other plants. Why we pull weeds around other plants, they consume the nutrients and water that are supposed to go to the plants I want.
Maybe some hippy bro science organic shit but I can't see any benefit personally to any other plants in the same root zone as the plants I wanna grow.

Here's my update, just starting to take root from the up pot.

Maybe, but doing the living soil with worms and stuff has been working fine for me and allowing me to take some healthy longer-flowering plants to completion. I won't say anything about it being cheaper, but I am not contributing a single $ to Monsanto via any of the companies they have been buying up. And if the supply chain shut down tomorrow it wouldn't concern me.

Scotts Miracle-Gro Marijuana Dynasty: They Bought General Hydroponics… Now They Want to Buy Marijuana Nutrients Industry (bigbudsmag.com)

Scotts / Monsanto / Gavita and already researching in legal states to step in and geneticellay engineer some bulk weed for the masses if the feds ever drop it off the schedules and decriminalize.
Have you actually done any real research why people hate monsanto? As a conservative I'm surprised you follow the environmental wack job haters. They are no worse than other big corporations that pollute, sell out , hell the gas you pump in your car is tanked here from American hating jihads but you still give them your money and drive where u need to go. Not turning this into a huge debate but I find a lot of folks hate this company and don't even know why. No hate here man. If you wanna grow with worms and shit it's all good. Just was wondering what exactly is a beneficial weed.

Monsanto is just an example. They have their place since you and I could never grow enough to supply the welfare-class market once it's legal. They'll grow budweiser weed. But I wouldn't be smoking it. Think about the rep most dispensary weed already has compared to homegrown. Now let Kraft or Johnson & Johnson step in...

As far as the actual growing, I was actually surprised it works as well as it does. Third grow now in the same soil, just constantly top dressing with stuff for the worms to eat. Stuff like kelp and barley and such that have all the same NPK's as a bottle nutrient, they just aren't plant available for the most part. The worms and microbes and such are the link between them and chemicals break that link and put you in charge instead of the plant. I still feed the soil, just not the plants.

So the cover crop is just part of the mulch layer with the rice hulls. I thought they would drink more but I am watering a little every other day regardless. I'll keep it cut back and let the stuff fall and join the mulch. I chop up any leaves I prune and drop that as well. The roots help keep the soil aerated and the worms happy.

Not saying you and I won't both kill it with these plants but I'd rather smoke mine. It would be cool if we could have an actual taste-off for the belt

I reuse all my soil, the older it gets the better the ph stability, I do not have the time to ammend soils for compost nutrients with the lights I use.
I have to use a synthetic nutrient. The pots are to small to sustain the size of the space and demand seeds puts on the plants in week 6+
I personally prefer compost beds opposed to pots. It's what all my outdoor vegetables go in. I keep a huge outdoor garden on my property.

That's all it is - bio-mimicry. Trying to bring the outdoors in.

I'm still a stubborn bastard though because they tell me that 5g pots are too small. Fuck 'em, it's twice as big as what I did grow in, I'll make that shit work! :ROFLMAO:

If I was in organic I would build tables and put treated 2x12s and grow in the boxes. Spend a year amending the soil, mushroom compost, roots organic soil to add loam and the sand, grass clippings composted in a hot box.
That would be my setup. Add floraflex to keep them watered and never have to do anything else.
I think the issue with true organic in pots is half the good shit is running out the bottom before it gets good.
