Hello everyone, I've finally made it to this side of Paradise! I've been smoking and growing for 3 years but I have yet to have a grow go 100% right. I'm not great at keeping things updated but I'll try my best to update at least once a week. I have a 3x3x6 flower tent with a 260w QB and a 2.5x2.5x5 veg tent with a 135w Qb. I'm not that chatty so I'll browse and like things but rarely do I feel the need to comment.

Veg Tent
My last grow I had a Slurricane F1 female and a Dosidos #22 bagseed and the Slurricane hermied and got the Dosidos pretty good. I almost tossed the seeds but the Dosidos #22 is the best weed I've smoked this year and I don't have $200 for a pack so 3 Dosidos #22 x Slurricane F1 seeds hit the dirt. I also have 2 City Slickers, 2 Bridezillas, and a Lucky 7's in solo cups.

The Dosidos #22 x SLurricane F1 (need to figure out something to call this) were just placed in 1.5L 'pots with coco and perlite. This is my first time growing in coco and I'm trying out Mega Crop so these seeds are a good sacrifice. A whole lot of firsts here. They will be the main focus.

The Lucky 7 is two weeks ahead of the City Slicker and Bridezillas. There's some oddness going on but I.m not worried about it right now.

Flower Tent
I'll try to get some good pics of the flower tent soon. I currently have 2 Slurricane F1 clones, 1 Lavender Jones bagseed, 1 Bordello bagseed, and a Chem Cookie Trip that I flipped to flower too soon.

This was a week ago at week 5 and they look better today. They are in 2-2.5 gallon pots with Roots Organic my QB is only at 175w and I need to bump it up a bit.

edit: Also forgot to include that I’m a woman. Don’t mind being called bro or dude or whatever but just wanted to clarify 👍

Whats up man.I am going to watch this thread. Are you growing everything in coco or do you have some in soil as well? Lots of folks on here willing to help so post away if you have any questions or concerns. That Dosido bud looks tasty!

I knew I should’ve put up there that I’m a woman but forgot lol. Anyways just the Dosidos cross is in coco and the others are in Roots organic. That Dosidos is amazing and not just hype imo.

No my mistake. That word asume is my downfall. We do have a few young ladies on here. I thought the others looked like soil. Looks like you did a fine job on the Dosidos. Very nice shot on that bud.

I'm guessing now would be a good time to feed the coco plants Mega Crop. They've had 1ml Calmag and 1.5ml Liquid Seaweed in a 16oz bottle. 1 of the Dosidos#22 x Slurricane is looking better than the others. 1 has some serious leaf curl going on.

Here's the Lucky 7s after I plucked a couple leaves. Left some larger solar panels on.

The City Slickers to the left, one of which is throwing three leaves per node and the other is behind, and the Bridezillas on the right that has one growing slightly slower than the other.

Yes i would start feeding them MC slowly . I am sure they could use some N . Maybe 250-300 ppm max.

I
Alright I got it all mixed up to just a hair over 300 ppm and about 5.8 Ph. I hope that’s good. Water before lights off or after lights on? What’s the preference
That mix sounds good i prefer to get my PH readings around 6.1-2-3 I do the same as Jesse when lights come on irrigate then by lights out things are a little dryer . Best to have a regular schedule. The plants get very used to it. With the coco and MC i would try and shoot for some runoff when you irrigate to avoid any kind of build up that might cause some problems. Anytime in the fist couple of hours after lights come on is fine.

Watered this morning and the ph was slightly higher at 5.9 ha. I have to remind myself that coco is not soil and that I can/should water everyday. After growing in soil and drilling in the wet/dry/wet cycle in my head this is going to be tough. Especially while they’re still small. Something about keeping the coco wet seems wrong, even with me knowing hydro exists.

1/1 Banana Orange Daiquiri is alive and in a mixture of Roots Organic and Coco. I want to see if things move a lil faster in veg than in just soil. This will go in soil for flower with the other plants in solo cups.

I am down to my last nugs of Dosidos #22, with the exception of the eighth I put away for 4/20, and I’m already mourning their loss. This is sad lol but it’s some great weed man and I don’t wanna go back to dispensary weed until my harvest 😢

Until you get a good established root system you do not need to worry about irrigating every day. Depending on your container size. You want to get it closer to damp than wet. Last year i was really pushing the envelope on keeping the coco wet. The wetter it got the closer i got to hydro results but then came a unexpected result Fungus Gnats. They just love wet coco and seem to come from nowhere. I have some plants that i just put into 3 gallon pots with coco and i am irrigating every other day ( roughly 32 oz's of water/ food ). I may consider a daily irrigation once they take off in flowering an are drinking lots of water.
