These are standard old school single-ended 600w HPS.
with the exhaust pulling air through, they can get as close to touching the light without burning, but steal the light from everything else surrounding.
These were def pushing the limit haha.
NORMALLY, i keep about a foot distance from the canopy to the lights.
This was my last run before the garden was completely shutdown and restarted so each GG4 had their own 600w hps. then i tossed in a few led to fill in the shadows a few weeks into flower.

Just grabbed Purple Cake from GP auction for $45. I was going to wait until this week end for the 35% off but he tossed a couple on auction. GG4 and ECStardawg were at $49 a little while ago, I was trying to resist then someone scooped them. WTF Walt why you gotta team up with Gu and do this to me. I have 5 envelopes prelabeled with the address.

well dam, I though I had posted this here already, apparently I posted it in another thread, lol whoops...

@Heathenraider so graciously hooked me up with a pack out of one his orders, took me a lil while to make some room, but I'm ready finally! thanks again man! I've got 2 of these bad boys soaking, late tonight I'll place them into paper towels for the sprout, and them I'm thinking about using jiffy pellets til they fully sprout, I've never used them before, but it seems it's pretty hard to screw up! if I do screw them up, then you will know why I'm not around lmfaoooo...CM190523-204546002.jpg

Not a race brother, and most of the plants Ive seen in flower were bastards/contest winners/gifts. Can’t wait to see what’s about to come.

yea makes me regret passing up on all the bastards and contest winning beans. I think I had won maybe 3 or 4 of them! but I opted out of them all and passed them to someone else bc I was so high up on the 3 pack freebies/tester list. I wasn't trying to be greedy, and i try to be a decent person when the occasion arises! Turns out I should have taken that shit! at least then I'd have a few packs lol, oh well, we live and we learn. theres no point in living in the past!

ya know what tho, I've yet to see anyone make a thread for the gear and name it the "cookie jar" yet, lol I thought that was the shit at the time! considering how many of the strains all have cookie genetics somewhere down the line! I think even heisen said he was gunna steal that at the time lmfao!

maybe soon if no one beats me to it, when I get a few more crosses I'll start one up!

The bastards were good but the crosses I made are better. There was not a whole lot in the room reversed that was spreading the heat till I started making the crosses.
Now I have a clear cut system down with the heavy hitters in play like topanga, gmo, purple punch, sundae driver ,
So yeah the next seeds rolling out will be shit no one has seen. Not to mention I'm running hunts of 200+ girls to find new donor moms to BX to the originals. The winner of the wed cake adub will get a wack ass name. Handed out to a select few and the rest will be history.

well I guess it a good thing I haven't broken open my piggy bank to buy every cross I could just yet! lol, when will these, said crosses and beans be available on the site? I'd assume all the last round would be sold first?
