Thanks for proving my point. Not one of those pics shows a manifold or supercropped plant. They are all in nets , that was my point.

Ok, but I’m not a industrial grower… and grow in a 4x2..

Wtf is an auto pot. Sounds like some shit you see at the checkout line at Walmart garden center next to the heated underwear and flexseal.

The Best Ways to Train Cannabis Plants

Mainlines and manifolds allow plants to grow horizontally and create an even canopy. However, they are not the only ways to train cannabis plants to grow horizontally or otherwise fill the canopy. Many growers use a “screen of green” (Scrog) to train their plants to be low and wide. A very different alternative is to grow a lot of small plants in what is known as a “sea of green” (SOG). These are both appropriate plant training or management strategies in different situations. However, for most growers, I believe that mainlines and manifolds are the best ways to train cannabis plants.

Mainlines and Manifolds Vs. A Screen of Green (Scrog)

A “Scrog” uses a screen that growers lay over the plants. As the plants grow up and through the screen the grower bends them back down and uses the screen to restrain them. In this fashion, a plant can be trained to grow out horizontally to cover a large area.

Scrogging helps to spread the plant out, however, it can limit the canopy depth. In a scrog, the plant is held at the height of the screen as it spreads out. In contrast, mainlines and manifolds grow up and out at the same time. This produces a broad even canopy with good depth to each cola. A canopy full of tall dense colas is the best way to maximize the quality and the quantity of the harvest.

Ok man you seem to have the answers. Don't ever ask me another question pertaining to anything related to growing. I have no clue where you copied that from nor have I ever seen any of the authors grows. That's the problem with the internet. Lots of opinions but no grows to back it up.

Is there a name for this? It’s wasn’t tacoing from heat. This is a Cannarado Upside Down Frown. I think the effect is from the Zawtz, because Grumpz has a completely different left structure. I think it’s really pretty though.

Did you really just copy a section of a beginners guide to a seed breeder? All these training things you see are from people who were doing "stealth" grows in PC tower cases and shit due to height restrictions.

Mainlining is like avacado tech. A waste of time and money

I keep my room right at 81F/55rh. Leaf temp is at 80F. I'm thinking its genetic. The pineapple express is doing this, but not the Northern LIghts or C99 in the same tent.

Yeah, it's definitely genetic. The plants were a little burnt because I was experimenting, but I was in love with that particular one. I've had plants where the leaves roll a bit, but the pink underbelly of this one along with its overall leaf structure was beautiful. It's a decent yielder, the terps are unique and it has dreamy bag appeal. I'm thinking about running a full grow her clones after this next seed run.

Okey, I got it!

I will start my second grow this weekend.. and I will veg them bigger with a strain that’s loves high light intensity. With my experience from my first run, I will do better. But I’m still a noob and can use your help.. And no, I will not change my set up or grow technique. please honor my choice.

Interesting. My heat never goes over 81.
The tacoing is from LED lights being too close, normally under HPS you would burn the shit out of them with the heat but the LEDs are cooler but emit more light. Before I had any way to measure par I would adjust the lights until the taco and then back them off. Sativas don't tend to do it as badly as indicas, I assume the thin leaves shed unneeded light better. As long as they are being fed & watered and the room temp/humidity is kept in check they can taco away and you won't see any issues.
