I still can't figure out why they took so long to begin flowering. Only thing I did different is the containers I used. Plus, when I done the first defoliation of the big fan leaves, they literally stopped growing and I had very little stretch in flower. The fans were the size of pie plates that I removed. (might have taken too much energy away from the plant?)I thought they were gonna turn out to be monster plants. Ended up 3 were around 12" tall and 2 got about 16" tall. I believe I am gonna re-veg the 4 I entered in the contest., plus I have seed in those buds to grow out .

How do you trim? All sugars off? All stems trimmed to buds?
Your #1 is some of the best looking bag appeal I've ever seen. That stuff looks amazing

For the most part I break down all of the larger buds and clean up the stems as best I can.
Then snip off the larger sugar leaf and the tips of the tighter ones.
My #1 was pretty frosty so didn't trim that closely, really smooth and potent.
Turned out to be a nice pheno for sure, thx for the compliment.
I find myself leaving more material to smoke since I am now an indoor grower.
Can barely keep myself in smoke from one harvest to the next.
I'm not used to that, I miss my outdoor days with my GH.
