Teriyaki lamb roast slow cook . 5 hours on 150 Celsius . Stabbed and stuffed with whole garlic cloves then Basted in Teriyaki sauce with half litre of beef stock to slow steam as it cooks . lamb chops on the Barbie go alright . Plenty of dripping fat to pump the smoke flavour . Got the call to help my mate on the farm butcher a sheep to go halves in . Should stock up the freezer for awhile on lambsy

We don't eat much meat anymore other than the AM type stuff with eggs once in awhile.....so I'm living vicariously through all of you..... kinda. LOL

Right now....while it is all veggies....right now about 80% of what we are eating is from the garden. Beets, cabbage, peppers. onions, tomatoes, celery, carrots, strawberries, spaghetti/Italian zucchini squash, cucs, green beans/pole beans, peas. If I had a cow for the dairy side of things I could avoid town/the store all Summer...heehee.
