Just some dude
Marinating lamb loin chops. Plan on grilling them up tonight.

The marinade is.

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 smashed cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tarragon
3 teaspoons onion powder
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup water

Can't be the only one eating food out there. I know some of you guys have been cooking up some tasty meals. How about sharing? Lol
mostly meat and leafy vegetable. Lots of different spices. Almost lost my foot to diabetes in 2018. Since then cut all carbs and 99% processed foods. A1C went from 9.5 to 4.3. Then quit drinking 7 months ago due to enlargement of my right liver lobe. Lost 77 pounds blood panel great. Cholesterol good. Doc is upset when I said I m not eating carbs, seems to think my cholesterol will magically skyrocket overnight. Gotta love the mindset of modern medicine. Get healthy and they got something to say about it. Eat “whole grains” and jab yourself with a needle in the stomach every morning and they give you a gold star on your forehead

Congrats on the turn around on your diet. Shame about your health but sounds like you are taking care of what you can.

Thank you, I actually started testosterone replacement therapy, it has given me the energy to get up and move. I’m up to walking 10 miles on the weekend and on the weekdays I can do an hour on the cross country skier on level 11 now and hold a short conversation without dying. After that I do 20 minutes in the sauna. Not sure I caught the health stuff in time but I feel better than I did 15 years ago
