They’re some of the best years watching your kids play junior sport. I used to get just as excited as the kids. It’s a shame the way things have taken those pleasures away from both kids and parents. My youngest is 21 now and is at University 6 hours drive away. At the moment I can’t travel and watch him play football on the weekends as spectators are banned but when things return to normal I’ll gladly drive when possible those 6 hours .

That sucks. I have been coaching him in baseball and football since he was 6. My oldest is 6 the 18 and 17. Those 3 watch but werent into playing

So the BGDD clone is growing fast. 1st pic is 6 days ago. 2nd pic is today. Trying to decide when to put into final pot

Whether it's from solo-cups, or bigger pots, I go by how they are drinking on when to transplant. For me, if a plant is light and needs water every 3 days, it's good. As they get bigger that time goes down (more roots). When it gets to two days or less I think about bumping them up a size.

I go from cups, to 1g, to 2 or 3g - then to 5 if needed, or if I want the plant to get big.

2 gallons is usually just for "extra" plants (clones and such) that will stay in that pot.

The main reason I do it is to make watering easier - and you need less over the whole grow if that matters. Little plants in big pots are not my bag

BGDD getting a little Frosty

Quick question about clones. Do you guys top them and when?

My Wedding Cake clone grew in really funky. The other 2 zero problems. The Cake was growing in like a straight line. So I bent the middles down and to the sides to give her a more rounded approach. Once they get settled and they stretch ( as they are now ) I'll tie those down even more to keep them in that area so it stays round. I also removed a ton of clones so that could have been the reason for the funny growth,

I usually top but I wait . Each strain is dif . Some indica Dom clones u don't have to do shit to . Like my banana cake cuts I never top . Garlic storm gets topped as soon as I see root growth cause she is a lanky bitch

Once I sort through my runs and the one I'll be dropping, I am pretty sure I will find a mom or two along the ways. The cake and cough ( if the cough is legit ) will be kept around for a while. I am praying I find a mom in the Purple Punch seeds I am gonna be dropping.

U know what , every time I grow or smoke a pp cross or whatever, it grows on me . Had issues with growing them but man what an awesome smoke !
