But in this instance, My personal balance sheet is in the green.

The number on the dollar still says "one dollar", that's true. Except that "one dollar" now buys less, than it did before the stimulus.

It's like you had an ounce of good weed and they took out a quarter and put in a quarter of catnip, mixed it in and then gave it back to you. Hmmm, why do I have to smoke three joints to catch a buzz now ?

Sort of the same when people say. "hey look my stock went back up to $30 per share, so I've regained my money". Except that $30 doesn't have the purchasing power it did. Every dollar is worth less than it was before.

You purchasing power, is what you lost.

Short answer - I got money from the government they didn't plan to give me. The shit I bought with it was at the same price it was the day before.

If the economy is turned back on and unobstructed by the left, the valuation of the dollar will rise again, and the "mo money" you have is worth more - it swings both ways.

The other thing that needs to change is their immunity from prosecution, and the ability to lie before Congress - while prosecuting others for the same.
So if a person tries to give your consent for you, and you don't agree with their idea, but aren't harming anybody, should that person or group of persons "giving your consent for you" be seen as an assault on your freedom ? Because that's exactly what it is, an assault on your freedom.

What is your obligation to obey other people ? Where does it come from? Where do other people get the right to push their ideas on you, if you aren't pushing your ideas on them ?

Congress is a cesspool and cannot be restructured into anything positive, as long as it acts upon you without your actual INDIVIDUAL consent.

The relative valuation of the dollar compared to other fiat currencies is held in place by a gun, but that's another story for another time.

So, why aren't there anymore nickel candy bars if the purchasing power of the dollar doesn't eventually drop drastically?

This is all about personal responsibility. The rioters are not held accountable, the politicians are not held accountable etc.
How would you hold a "normal person" accountable, if he/she claimed they were your representative and had written a bunch of their ideas on a piece of paper that "proved" you had to obey their edicts?

Do politicians have rights "normal people" don't ? Where do those alleged rights come from ?

Like I said if you would read. You make Adam Schiff accountable for lying for three years about "irrefutable evidence" of Russian Collusion. You prosecute the CIA, FBI and DOJ folks that went on the news shows talking about how bad the collusion was - while testifying before Congress (under penalty of perjury) that they saw nothing.

You prosecute the Clinton crime ring. You hold her accountable as the SecState that made no effort whatsoever while the embassy in Benghazi was under attack and Americans were dying in their secret CIA base that they couldn't let the public know about. Deleted emails, destroyed and bleach-bitted technology, etc.

After the first few traitors swing, the rest might get back to their assigned jobs.

Shit like that.

Oh, I've read a good bit.

Not meaning to harsh on you for your ideas to somehow reform the government into something better. It's a well intentioned motivation, but it won't address the root problem. You see, real "political authority" that you didn't actually consent to, as an individual , is just a euphemism for "gang rape".

You can't really reform an idea that begins with, "you are a subject even if you don't want to be".

Human relationships that don't address the automatic inclusion of unwilling, but peaceful people, under another person(s) "authority" are flawed from the get go. That is provable by this....If I knocked on your door and said a bunch of people who you don't even know had somehow empowered me to boss you around, and I had some magical special papers to prove it, would that make it valid ? Would you then somehow have to obey me?

Ghaddafi was killed because he was trying to get away from the U.S. dollar.

So you want to have a country with no leadership? What do you do when there is world shit to take care of just avoid it?

someone has to do that crap.

And i am done stirring pots...i just truly dont understand how that could ever work.

What country on earth has a government like you describe? Or is it more a utopia ideal?

Term limits will keep corrupt career politicians out of the mix. People have been in Congress for 40 years plus - no reason for that.

"Politician" should not be a job description - it should be a term of service like in the military.

If I am big pharma, and the people change every few years, it limits my ability for long-term control of the votes of someone supposed to be representing their constituents.
How do you "represent" someone who hasn't consented to be represented?

In that case, whether the person claiming to represent you is an old adversary or a brand new person threatening you, isn't the idea that BOTH falsely claim to represent you, even if you never agreed to either of them in the first place?

Good questions and I don't mind anyone stirring the pot, ideas are the well spring of change.

I want you to run your own life, but not force your ideas on other people if they aren't forcing their ideas on you. Is that a worthy goal ? Would you support people behaving that way ?

How to get there, will probably require a lengthy thread though to answer your other questions.

I save the intelligent speak for those with intellegence, @SoLowDoughLow. I can see why you are confused.

Nor are average PEOPLE held responsible @H.A.F. ...all the way down to basic shit they can control....like how fat they are. But in today's 'merica/...bein the size of a truck is MCDONALD's fault...just like the coffee that's too hot they spilled in their lap cus they are a fucking clutz. Yup...sure thing., And it's the "gubmints" fault folks never got ahead or saved for retirement either. "Somebody" took or got something they shoulda had given to them...and THAT is what is wrong today. The tiny amount folks "paid in" to SS seems to make them..in their mind..totally responsible for their retirement and makes EVERYONE ELSE the "taker". Sadly...if any of ya live past 77 and yer gettin that check....you are now "taking" cus that is the age where the average person cashes out all they "paid in" and starts ridin the FREE Train...just like the illegals they hate so very much they deem as "takers".

But nobody talks about that shit cus..um..it hits home hard. I may not lend anything of intelligence to the convo in your mind...but I'm NOT in the SS pool with ya.....and I pay my own way in this retirement thing via investments and long term savings....not via a monthly 'gubmint" check. You????

fuckin libtards.... LOL.

I hope that didn't go too far over yer head SoLow,..

Nobody is held accountable for nothing nowadays!
Just look at what is happening right here, so how do you want the real world to be different?
We all chosed to forgive or forget all the campaign promises made by Heisenbean like a good career politician because he got the fire!We can say any shit we want! Nobody will be held accountable for it... Why should politics be different?

The primary means of politics is violence. (That's why they need to use euphemisms so it won't sound like what it actually is.) Meaning you aren't asked, if you want or need a "leader". If you refuse the offer, you will likely be attacked, even if you are being peaceful and simply don't want to be "governed" by people you didn't ask to lord over you.

So when people talk about politics, what they are really saying (but have trouble admitting) is
"we need somebody to take our money to protect us from somebody who might take our money".

That's an endless cycle, which is impossible to change unless, involuntary inclusion, is replaced with voluntary consent. That's not only my opinion, it's a demonstrable fact. A kinder master, isn't what makes people free.

That same exact argument applies to the police and people wanting less of them.........who's going to clean up the shit?

Police are paid with money that was forcibly taken from people, so they can allegedly protect people from people who might forcibly take their money. That's exactly how the present model disfunctions.

Which means a free market where there is more than one option for security ("policing") , like how grocery stores operate, would solve that inconsistency.

So you're saying it is possible to have police funded on an involuntary basis so they can then protect you from people who might force you to involuntarily fund you? How ?

LOL, a protection agency that FIRST must force you to pay THEM, so they can protect you from people who might force you? Lol.

That's impossible, right?

Can we agree that a rapist who rapes you, so others won't rape you is still raping you ? If we can agree to that point, I could probably move on to describe how it might work differently in a free market.

If we extend the debt over say 1000 years who cares !

Suck it world bank.

I agree completely man. We have gun problems and they want to defund the police...in the areas with gun problems.

WE used to say something but now i just say....are you mental? (Waynes World)

Have they been heavy handed...yes.

But better training (more investment) and better practices are how you fix that.

Because banning handguns in Canada for example wont do shit for gun crime in Toronto.

What i find hard to believe is people dont get it. With a metal lathe and 12 months (metal shop course on the lathe and working that micrometer because i forget) i could make handguns out of billet steel. It is why a lot of guns in crime have no serial numbers...duh.

It is not old G with a 16 side x side and a bunch of boxes of buckshot. thats for the covidapocolpyse.

They still have to take care of the shit, but the police definitely need to be demilitarized. I was trying to think of the correct chicken analogy to apply to the crowd crying DEFUND the police and I think it's the fox gaurding the henhouse one ;)
