All 3 of my heisenbeans crosses(Gucciberry, Topanga Canyon, StardawgxCorey's cut), i got going atm are showing early frost on leaves while in veg.

That usually is a dam good sign of what is to come once they are flippd to flower🔥! The gucciberry has the most noticeable amount but all does have a fine layer of glitter on leaves.👍

First beans ive ran from heisenbeans and gotta admit im pumped to see how they finish!
Thx✌

After having a couple of real STARDAWG leaners...I for one am really glad they went to Purple Punch to cross things with.

At least if it leans heavily to punch...it tastes grapey....not like a toxical chemical wire fire...with funk. Stardawg can be fiercly weird. The colouration was beautiful...the effect fantastic..but i had a dubstep that came back tasting really Stardawg funky.

My friend came over and he loved it so he has it now. I kept a few buds but i had one that leaned way more to the a-dub side of taste and i like it a lot better.

Strength-wise the nasty tasting one will really ring your bell HARD..i just wish it tasted like lemons or orange grape berry or something :D Of course i have a tray of 8 clones of this dubstep...and they are all looking good.

I will let my regs chillax a while and stick to the fems. I have one more run of regs for heathen and then i go back to fems for a while.

Dub-Step is killer smoke its just not my favorite jam....It does show how you need to try a whole pack and hope to get one that leans the way you like. And then run that one to death.

A lime and pine dubstep with just a whiff of burnt wires would not be so bad !

In my experience and environment the purple punch he uses is legit finished at 8 weeks. Looks done at 7 even. One of the fastest finishing strains i can remember seeing myself. Red hairs start way early for me as well.
The supernova cut withers early and I had been harvesting to early because of it. The last run I didn’t pay attention to them and let it go for almost 2 xtra weeks and wow the difference, potency and all. Anybody running this cut don’t stop at 8 push it to 9 or 10 and see how it turns out.

Lots of times cuts like this still are better if you let them go 9. Kens cut(which is I’m assuming where the trait comes from in punch) looks done week 7-8, but turns all purple and get way heavier if you chop it week 10. My cc cut and thin mint are also cuts that have about a 2-3 week period they’re legit ready, but the more patient you are, generally, the better the bud is.
I replied before I read your post, but that is spot on with the experience I’ve had. 👍

Those last few weeks, do these significantly increase chance for mold to for due to the density and age of the nugs? I'm always on the verge or out of weed it seems lol. I let to much go to people I love and then lost 2 harvest in 2 years...smh. So when the trichs milk up they get the chop.

I personally didn’t notice any of that with the punch and I really don’t experience that inside. Now outside I notice it quite often if I barely let one go to long, first thing I notice is the tips of the early bracts or calyxes deep in the bud coming off the main stem get a little fuzzy. I guess those early bracts being the oldest, the pointed tip is the first part to die off and when moisture hits that tip, with it being dead, that’s the starting point for mold.

That's where I think I fucked up the first time. I got light burn from the new qb324s I got and the burnt calyx tips seemed to be the fuel for the disaster.

Yea that was probably the culprit, I try to cut any dead material off as soon as possible, when moisture comes into contact with any of that material, mold and mold spores may follow. Usually as long as it’s not deep inside a bud or it’s up close to the top with good airflow it’s not a serious problem.

New qb324's? Is that the new Diablo boards from hlg? I like them myself if that is what ur referring to.. Theyre same size as the qb132s but have more diodes, the added reds, & require more volts. Plus they are capable of pushing the same wattage as the qb 288's. So if they are what u got they look like sum nice boards, as all hlg boards usually are. Nice score !👍

No these were only released for a bit they are the size of the 288s but have 324 diodes. I got them dumb cheap do to a scratch and dent and it turned out it was a because horticulture was misspelled. If I had known I would have bought all/more of them but I was skeptical and in the process of a hardship. They sold out quick.

With that many diodes, on that small a footprint. I imagine They have some chunky HS.
Did the calyx touch the led? Ive been lucky. I went one week after stretch in early - mid flower and they were nearly touching. Without any I'll effects
But I have 132s. They are weenies compared to those hogs!! Nice score!
