i do not remeber any males in that end of the tent, @ the time i had plants from 4 different gromies going ,too many to really pay attention to just 4 plants won't grow that many again ,too many problems with enviroment

I've put a bit of bleach in the system but I don't know if that's going to help. I can add peroxide but I'm trying to solve the problem so it doesn't come back.

That could be a cause; I'm right now trying to find a cure.

I think the cure would be rinse off cuttings. Clean tank and aerator very well with cleaning solution like hydrogen, peroxide or bleach. Then refill with clean water and make sure you refresh the water More often.

I was unaware that I needed to change the water in the cloner during a run?

I used to change every 7 days. Keeps things fresh.

Tap water. Municipal water, treated, very low dissolved solids. I could add bleach or some other sterilant?

Personally, I just use tap water, maybe slightly chlorinated if you'd like. I've had cuttings root even with snot on them. Just have to keep an eye on them so they don't get rot due to lack of oxygen.

You may have to rinse them more than once if it comes back. Perhaps you could fix the labeling so that you don't mix them up. Maybe just take a picture so you know where each one is while it's labeled currently.
