Finally got most of my outdoor beans started, I know it’s kinda late but I can still average an elbow per.
Hoping for 30 girls, 10 of these are fems, so I’m almost half way there now. I may end up keeping a couple or three of them inside, or at least a clone of a few.

I feel your pain, I am late for outdoor this year too, we had snow and now it's 90 freaking deg.. I do have seedlings and a couple in veg but some autos have yet to break soil

Last post was ten days ago. They have recovered from super cropping and hit some of the lighter ones with worm castings and since then, I really can’t remember what is adub, competition and which ones were pale now. Only a million things can go wrong from here through a nice cure, maybe by mid October, but they look better than ten days ago. WJS

I meant to add to the competition page, but it’s closed. This is my outdoor from the 3-24 group. This is my chance to have something next winter. WJS

It’s been oppressive with heat index’s over 105 degrees for several days now. Besides water and a little food, caring for these girls is a bitch. They’ve shown sex, all females( thanks Hiesenbeans), but have many weeks to go. Best advice for insects 8-10 weeks before harvest would be appreciated, chemical, frequency, duration and what to look for. Thanks in advance. WJS

Short update. Still hot as hell here. Looking to some rain days for field corn and weed. Please feel free to criticize what you see where I can I improve. Just don’t hurt both of my feelings. It is all @Heisebeans genetics and was started at roughly the same time as the 3-24 contest. WJS

I’m bummed! Heat and drought and I expect not much more than kief with this years outdoor. Mobility, foot surgery on and on. But at least the little indoor I got is dank. And I have more butter than recipes. WJS
