What is the source of the specimen seed/clone? If it's a clone from an outside source it very well could be HLV. I wouldn't cut it I'd get rid of it altogether.

Nah, just from an older seed batch. I don't run clones very often. I'm a "seed" man. lol
I will probably end up slitting its throat and tossing it. lol

Have you looked at it thru a magnifying glass.
Hard to tell from the pic.
Almost looks like a cluster of some sort of insect eggs.
