Blackrose is pretty and great smoke with rainbow trichs just doesn't hit the scales... maybe soil will change that!. I have some f8s and am gonna play with chucking. Trying different pot sizes 3 gallons of soil in airpots amended with green bicycles became difficient at week 7. I like that pot size but it wont let me do a full water only run. Been cold in my corner of the world too -2f.

Based on everything I’ve read, you’d be lucky to get a full water only run with a 7 gallon pot. Most growers who do water only go with 15 gallon pots or larger.

I grow in 10 gallon pots. I still top dress, though, because I reuse my soil.

Amended at 1cup per cubic ft the 5 and 8s seem fine at the moment but the hole table has staggered start times and strains. Happy new year!
