Best way to send stuff

My understanding is that shipping anything in the USPS system that is derived from the cannabis plant is Federally illegal. Seeds are a part of the plant. It doesn't matter what your intent is after buying them. It's the act of sticking them in the mail system that is definitely illegal.

With that said...in my 20+ years of ordering seeds I can only remember one instance where someone was taken down by confiscated mail. It was a good decade ago if not more...in Cali...and the recipients were operating a large hash oil manufacturing facility. the DEA was already on their trail...and the seed shipment was their easy way in.

Either way...it's never good when you get notified by the FED that something is amiss. Definitely rattles the cage.

If htey are already investigating you then I'm sure they can use that as an additional charge, for sure. I just don't think they want to waste time and resources to go after small scale home growers receiving seeds in the mail. It's kind of like the whole "it's illegal to own firearms if you smoke and/or grow pot". It is, at the federal level (and at the state level in some states), but the chance of them going after a person for that in a legal state is slim. But, if you are growing for personal use in a legal state and are caught illegally selling it, they would probably tack on that charge as well unless it was a 1st offense.
