From what i have read, the cooler you run the led the more inefficiency you get. From my experience strips run the coolest. The more heat the array can dissipate, the more wattage you can run more efficiently. They all make light and grow nice plants, just depends what your needs are.

I would think you would have excelent seed that matures early I don’t think it will effect much else.
