    DIY Cure Box/Humidor/Storage

I got a 7.0 CF chest freezer on the way. I will only be able to get a couple of plants in there at a time, and cut down to just branches. I figure I will need two different stages. One for drying and one for curing. I will make the box for drying first. This will have the 4 inch dampers and...

I could make this thing awesome for the cost of a couple packs of seeds or what I paid for one HLG light. Probably will go a head and send it on the freezer. Some of my harvests turned out awesome. Sweet, terpy, flowers better than anything I ever had. The last few I had bigger plants and more...

I believe I could build a house out of core plastic and ducttape. Also sticky velcro tape. the inner box will be more like a liner in the freezer. Maybe two or three inches of air space between the freezer walls and the box. Using some kind of spacer block system. The box would be the same...

Another idea I have stolen from homebrew tech would be using glycol chiller like is used on fermenters, It blew my mind seeing some of teh micro brewers fermenting hundreds of gallons of ales and lagers in the Florida sun. But they use jacketed glycol chilled fermenters and that beer is straight...

I will test it today to see what the high and low RH throughout the day. Im thinking a custom made box to fit the inside of the fridge/ freezer that can pull dry air...

I got mine trimmed up and in the jars. The tall ones have that Purple Punch kind of fruity smell, reminds me of Paki Kush. The short one still has more of the citrus and Guava. The good thing is none smell like hay. I dried them a litlle too long and they are a little crispy. Maybe a couple...

I was thinking the fridge itself would bring the humidity down around the inner box. Moisture in the plants would keep it high enough in the inner box that you would only need to extract the moist air out of the inner box and the fridge would exhaust it out as it would normally... :geek:Better...

chopped em up and put em in a tub, still has a nice citrus/berry smell. NO hay! sample nug tasted pretty good. Didnt dry for the full two weeks because they were getting snappy. I am thinking real hard on how to convert a fridge or chest freezer into a curing machine. I will need a plastic box...

I have had really good results with a 65w QB 2700k and 6500k flowering in small spaces. I even had to buy a dimmer. It seems like with the Q boards a little goes a long way. I noticed the 6500 keeps them more sqaut and more color. They are were 100 on amazon. These were clones grown under the...

Yeah I know, that is a problem I am costantantly struggling with. When its 97 outside my Ac gets overloaded during the day. The house is cooler but the closet the plants are in is in an uninsulated room. I would have to run my house AC at like 60 to get them where they really need to be. I...
