I searched all over for a thread but didn't find shit. I guess I will start one. AKBB holds the most strains in my collection at 52. JBC usually gives a freebie 6 pack when you buy a pack so they add up quick. The next round with the old man will be all AKBB. I have yet to grow any from them but have heard a lot of great things. Trying to get some old school funk and flavor.

Gonna have to pop the Romulan bx4, Sensi Star F4, 89 NL, and MTF bx3, If we have enuf room, I'd like to also pop the Black Domina bx, 907 Blue Genes, and Hawaiian Cat Piss V3.

I had a question about the freebie MOB that's listed now on JBC. Is that the same seeds as the one listed for sale? I bought those before that freebie was ever listed. I don't remember him ever selling anything that was on the freebie list?

What do you folks think about this seed company? Pics? Reviews?

Yeah I'm afraid there will be a lot of that in the future. That's why I only buy one pack of each and keep movin. I'm just starting to try out a few breeders to know who I like. Id like to average about 15 strains a year if all goes well.

I've read nothing but great reviews. I've been wanting akbb for a while but when I can find a site that carries them at all they are perpetually sold out of the stuff that interests me.

I picked up that "Free the Duke" pack from Dominion that had the AKBB Williams Wonder and the Thunderhole
[Matanuska ThunderFuck X A.S.S. Man (Airborne g13 X Skelly skunk)] colab between the two.
I have one WW and two Thunderhole going now. One Willie had the leaves out of the shell but the tail stuck in it and I found it too late. Fucked it up trying to pry the shell open.

I'm not sure if he owns SHN as well but I know JBC is rock solid. You could even contact the man himself too . He has quite a list. I like to hit him up during the sales. These list were from Nov last year.

Tbo I never thot NL anything was that impressive but maybe we never got good cuts? Cant hurt to sample a few seeds if the price is right. AKBB is definitely in that category vs some of the other $200-$300 packs. I get most of his for $50 and $80 a pack when on sale with freebies. Combine that with really great reviews and I'll take a swing. I just hope the old man likes it.

Ive grown a bunch of AKBB gear.

TK/NL5 x Haze Haze Dominant
NL5
NL1
Pre 2000 Kali Mist F4.

All of it was really good stuff. The TK/NL5 x Haze had the most variation, but all of it was good. Some more desirable than others. Keepers to be found

The NL5 is the real deal NL5 pre 2000 genetics. Super frosted, and very potent. Small-Medium sized plants. All NL-NL5 arent what theyre supposed to be. Especially Sensi Seeds. Nothing like it used to be, and isnt even advertised as NL5 anymore. They lost their original genetics about 10 or more years ago.

The Green Stash on Strainly also has the real deal pre 2000 NL5 genetics, and costs less than the AKBB. Both sources are the real thing.

The NL1 is as it always was. A short stout plant, covered in resin. Is slow growing, and is very consistent from one plant to the next.

Kali Mist is also how I remember it from the 90s. Great weed, and very euphoric. Long flowering.

Ive also got a bunch more of AKBB genetics I havent grown out yet, but am very interested in the NL5 x Haze. I think he got some of his cuts from Bob Hemphill
Dave gives more freebies when you deal directly from him. Ive used JBC and SHN with no problems for years. Always got what I payed for, and one month I bought so many seeds they gave me a pack of Exotic Genetics Triple OG seeds that were selling for $500 a pack when they first came out, and a pack of Miami Heat for free. Still havent grown them out.
RIU has all kinds of grow, and smoke reports on AKBB gear.
