Charas

Has anyone deliberately made charas like they show in the strain hunter videos? I'm not talking pressing some grinder kief into a ball, I'm talking more about the "resin collection" process of rubbing live plants to collect the resin on your hands to then make the chara.

Maybe if there are fields of the stuff you could do it the old fashioned way.

IMO, it’s essentially the same a scissor or glove hash. Even bubble hash is essentially the the same thing, IMO.

Yes I would agree the end product is the same but the process does not seem that harsh. I was curious if you could still get good smokable flower after doing this.

The trick to it would be the field of flowers where you gather a little from all the plants. Doing it on one plant in your tent would probably damage it a lot if you got enough to make a decent bit of hash.

I think scissor and glove hash is the same. I don't agree with bubble though since that is going to produce a cleaner, more refined end product. Chara's would have all the leafy bits, pistils, bug legs, whatever happened to stick.

If you are pressing flower (and not kief) with large mesh bags you might end up with material similar to hand collected resin.

In bubble I think it would be like the 120m bag. Some leafy bits and such but just enough to add some residue to the stuff so it doesn't 'full melt", not enough to affect the buzz. It's just not the connoisseur-level stuff for winning competitions that you and I probably don't care about unless the OCD kicks in after we start something :ROFLMAO:
