Same as this one here. All the arguing happened in that thread too. It was the only thread I created there as I mainly used it for reading certain growers journals. Same profile picture too. This was maybe 4 days ago maybe 5. Possible maybe they deleted it afterwards? The problem was after I got all the smart ass comments, I asked if people even grew there or just signed up to troll people. Then, that Sunni chick came on talking about I monitor the threads and allow alot, I then asked where her training came from because she is doing a piss poor job at helping members actually looking for help rather then allowing trolls to piss people off and leave the site. Maybe I just signed up on its downfall. Regardless, fuck that place.

A pretty big percentage of people here came here because they got sick of Trollitup's bullshit.
Trollitup is permissive because they think it builds traffic... and it does, to a point.
They'll let anyone in and act like a fool. That's good for numbers but not craft.
A lot of good companies got their start on Trollitup (ask me how I know sometime) and there is good info to be had but to find it you'll need chest waders to deal with the crap and days of hunting around and who's got that kind of time?
Bottom line? Trollitup is middle school. By comparison, we're college level. Whatever you're looking for, it's here and to find it all ya gotta do is ask.
I haven't been here for very long yet myself but it didn't take much time to recognise and appreciate the vibe. Blame @Heisenbeans

I'm also vaxxed. My grandmother is 80. She called us, told us she would be taking it. We just treated it like we would any vaccine. Old people in the family took it. We gave it awhile, then everyone else took it when the old people didnt die.
I still don't get what the big deal is. They used a mRNA vaccine to take out Ebola in Africa. So we make one here for covid and suddenly people are freaking out and taking horse meds.

The reason is because the CDC and media outlets did such a horrible job conveying information to the public that nobody trusts the information. They keep going back and forth and people just don't know what to believe. I've been pro vaccine my whole life and even I put off getting vaccinated and decided I was going to put off getting it for awhile. Just before I was going to get it, I caught COVID, so I put it off again...then I got sick from a tick bite, and put it off again...and now I have surgery scheduled in a month so I'm hesitant to get it before the surgery and will probably wait until I recover from that.

I probably wouldn't get the shot then if you've already had it, and especially with this new variant. Sounds like we're all gonna get it, but most people just have minor cold like symptoms. My wife tested 5 people at the hospital she works at today and 2 tested positive.
Her hospital thinks the 5 day thing is ridiculous though, so they're doing 7 days. But if people say they're still sick they aren't forced to come back.
One good thing about COVID is that it motivated me to quit smoking cigs finally.

I guess i didn't follow that part much. I just read what they had on the CDC website and called it a day. But then I don't really follow the news. I worked in the news industry as a advertising paginator for the newspaper group north of Kansas City. We spent a lot of time editing articles to make them less biased or less inflammatory. Everything is written to get a big reaction. Good or bad. Everything is written to get you too click.

I watch a little of both FOX and CNN usually when I'm waking up. CNN has gotten really bad lately, lol. I use to watch Algezzera too or whatever it's called, but it's not on DIRECTV anymore.
