I don’t have air conditioning where my tents are, meaning with the hot weather we’ve had I have to partially unzip them when the lights are on and zip them up at lights off. The problem is I’m needing to change lights off timers to about an hour later, no way around it. So what would be the best way to do it, push in a 15 minute pin every few days or leave them in the dark for a couple days and change the timers all at once? All plants are at various stages of flower.

I definitely wouldn't leave flowering plants in the dark for a couple of days if your other option is just dropping pins on the timer. Herm-inducing re-veg waiting to happen if it was my tents.

You mean you just need to move the schedule a hour forward? Just give them 2 extra hours of dark and re pop that on hour the next day. No sweat. As long as there are 12 hours of dark and can even be less in a cycle they really dont give af.
