Is this why I have no bugs?

My second time finding this type of web on a leaf, the first time was about a month ago on an auto flower.
By looking I’ve never found any mites or anything so I think it’s a “good” spider lol
any ideas?

Google spider mites.
Dont use anything but watter siluted with alcohol on the one in flower. Do it at loghts out.
Manually pull every one off or spray ot outside.
Good luck. They suck..

I think that web is from a spider. Webs from spider mites are usually much finer and wispy.

Definitely a regular bug-eating spider from that web/leaf contraption, not mites. I'd let it ride unless they decide to make homes on buds. Picking a sticky web off a sticky flower doesn't sound fun
