Just found this on the net,. Looks like someone has reversed engineered the name brand nutrients.

So ive read, ph is pretty dam stable as well with the jacks, after running like 7 bottles of an nutes in my first run i figured out that mixing dry is definitely my prefered method, pretty easy to tailor to individual feed needs and its dirt cheap lol cant go wrong

Hypoclorous avid is -according to that article - what is in uc roots .... Just not sure of correct percentage of what is available out there ????

UC Roots: to make your own 0.028% hypochlorous acid solution from a 12.5% sodium hypchlorite solution by weight (15% by volume), add 7mL per gallon.

Not sure what that means .... take 15 ml pure hypochlorous acid(if liquid ) and 85 ml of r/o water( or distilled)..... OR if it comes solid (dry) then go by weight 12.5%......and yes use 7 ml per galllon

I use 7ml per gallon of 12.5% liquid and it works great. I don't use the dry. Powder

Only hypochlorous acid I’m finding comes in a 256 gallon container !!!!!!
Due to its high pH, sodium hypochlorite increases water pH. As described in the previous article (chlorine disinfection), the reaction of sodium hypochlorite with water results in two forms: HOCl (hypochlorous acid) and OCl-. The ratio between HOCl and OCl- depends on the pH

Cultured Solutions UC Roots
This is a 0.028% solution of hypchlorous acid. Most likely created via a solution of sodium hypochlorite. There’s been a fair amount of documentation in the hydroponics world about the uses and benefits of sodium hypochlorite. Look for them somewhere else.

To make your own 0.028% hypochlorous acid solution from a 12.5% sodium hypchlorite solution by weight (15% by volume), add 7mL per gallon.

12.5% sodium hypochlorite: 7mL/gal (1.86mL/L

This is what I use and it works great

It’s 18$ a gallon but there is hazmat charge so it’s 53$ total .... uc roots is 54$ / gallon not really saving anything
