If you wanted to grow a yard full of sunflowers you can just drive down to the local feed store buy some sunflower seeds and plant them right? After harvesting your sunflowers you could walk around any populated area and sell them to people. Packing lots, Street corners, Etc.. Only reasons the law would get involved is if you were trust passing while you were trying to sell your flowers.

The only reason people need to jump threw all these hoops is because the powers that be talked everyone into "Legalization" and not "Decriminalization".

I have never been and will never be a supporter of legalization, I will never apply for a license and I will never pay a fee or hold a card. We as free people should be able to do what we want in our garden, grow what we want and sell what we want without big brother looking over our shoulder trying to get his far share of our livelihoods.

Edit - This class does look informative and in that regard would be worth looking into. Sorry @TheSadVeryBadMadGrower I got lost in the moment and missed the original purpose of the post. I have seen a few different growing courses offered by people - ILGM's Beeman's labs, and also The Garden Sage did one that looked interesting

I will do whatever I have to to
I mean yeah , u gotta do what u gotta do . There is a shit ton of money to be made . Way I look at it is u gotta spend it to make it .
this is how i look at it to. the opportunity is going to be there but Its going to be up to the individual to make it happen. Before it felt like the chips were stacked against us. (the little guys)

Is it exactly what i would of liked to see happen? No. Is it better than somewhere like Texas i think so. (not picking on anyone from Texas but some of your laws are archaic)

Is it better than what we have now here in Pa---100x over. Thats my biggest takeaway. Progress

Pretty close to Canada just we can only have 4 each and no license required. People been passing buds out for services all over its been fantastic! Everyone blazeeeeee
if you look at the microgrowers license, its going to be a $250 application fee with an additional $250 a year. We'll be able to grow up to 150 plants and we will be able to sell to those who have a processors license. :ROFLMAO:🔥🙏

We can give it away in Canada...Canada Post says 30 grams maximum in a smell proof container...they have turned me away when the dank said no to smell proof.

But it is stupid i cant sell my neighbor a bag of buds to cover my costs and time...that is illegal. I can give it to him but cant charge him legally.

Why cant i grow CBD and make oil and sell that....with all the geezers my age that stuff is hot as viagara.

Use both for a hard pain free experience.

well the bills right there if you wanted to read it.

-Seed to sale tracking systems and testing protocols will not be required

-There is no cap on the number of permits the state may issue. An applicant that meets the applicable requirements shall receive the permit for which they applied.

everythings subject to change obviously but compared to where were at now, this is a tremendous improvement.

thought is was funny, Leach says hes had a lot of republicans come up to him and tell him they support the bill but they cant be seen supporting the bill bc it would upset their constituents
What about firearms. I know Bill's are starting to hit the table in states to take away the huge penalty for having marijuana and firearms in your possession. Either way man you need a partner lol? Think I'm gonna find me a little pad near Allentown if this is going to pass.

hahaha i just might ;)

We need to build the bridge between microgrowers and processors to make it the process as seamless and as easy as possible. Try to do a little market research to figure out how to get your product in as many hands as possible. This is tricky when operating in a grey area.

the guns are another issue. im not sure how there going to approach that but with them dismissing any open marijuana cases and expunging old marijuana convictions maybe things are starting to look up. They did mention in that podcast that any type of violent felony conviction will kill your application chances.
