2nd grow 12/12 from seed

First grow was 4x snow lotus and Rasberry hash. Turned out pretty good thanks to the help on Chuckers.

had some personal issues death in family, ect... took a break. Now back in the swing of things. My main light is a Mars TS-3,000 (only runs 428 watts), also got a TS-1,000, and some hand me down blurples.

Gonna try 12/12 from seed on this strawberry. Reasoning is I run a pool pump most of the day in spring and summer. But that’s more of a caveat/excuse. Really I smoke too much and need the personal (I smoke an oz every 4-5 days).

anyway a buddy got me interested in a perpetual grow. Also plan on making my own seeds in a diff location. These girls are all feminized seeds. First pic is day 3-4. Bottom pics are day 7 (yesterday).

Do you like or want to use a tent? Asking because you could probably take back most of that room and stick the tent in a corner. I think a tent would hide things more. Like the names on the books on the floor. Just an idea.

move thought about a tent for sure. Actually been offered one for free, but I kinda like this route. Yeah a tent looks pretty, but I like to be able to move around and work on my plants. Got a giant grow room about 20x50. Secluded and sealed off. Window covered by two tarps. No neighbors in back. No bug problems in first grow. Makes sense for the smaller colas on 12/12 but prolly will stay away on those big tall sativas.

No need for window tarp when you have a tent. Let the sun in!! :giggle:

Question I have is if I run 12/12 on these 14 is it true my max yield will only be around 7-8 oz total? If so I need to crack more seeds in a hurry.

If you look at my first grow journal them plants got over 5 feet tall. I like the free range of being able to run the yo-yos from that bar. Not really feeling a tent right now. Doubt I could have jacked the light high enough last grow if in a tent. What other benefits does it provide besides looking tidy? I’m not knocking it, but I have no issues with light getting in and no big problems thus far.

Pokey, those things aint gonna flower for another 4 to 5 weeks. They wont mature for another 5 weeks. Switching now wont fuck them up but shit happens and I don't want to fuck things up for you with possible bad advice. So keep doing what you are doing. But some good advice I will give you is don't go 12/12 from seed anymore after this :alien:

But the tent thing I stand on. You can get a Gorilla tent with very high ceiling. You can keep it all in one small environment. Especially if you want to do more than just one tent. Get my drift?

Tents are the way to go if you want to control the environment to the highest possibility.

yeah I think you are saying with tents I can have one or two in veg and the other tent in flower for perpetual grow? I might go tent route but I don’t want some tiny phone booth tent. If I get one it’s gotta be huge.
