I think if you got 12 strips in that 12 strip deal, that would be good.I’m thinking 12 strips? What about drivers heat sinks and shit like that? I’m feeling the strips
If anybody is interested in these strips I can give you direct contact info to get them.600 watts for under 100. Heat sinks are around 10 a piece and two 350-24 lrs drivers around 40 each.12 Sun Board 2700/6500k Samsung lm561c led 96 diode Strips FREE GIFT not Quantum

Deal or No Deal?
He doesnt give specs but it says 600 watts over 12 strips. 50 a piece. I think ive seen these elsewhere on eBay. 12 v seems right. Meaning 3 in series off each line of parallel. On a 36v CV driver. Say lrs 350-36. So two sets of three in series.I think if you got 12 strips in that 12 strip deal, that would be good.
I don't know about the drivers and heatsinks and wiring and frame and all that for it though, that's all TerpyT.
I made one with 4 of the’SunBoards’ and a 150H-MeanWell, I had no way of checking the output, but it supposedly would hit 175 watts. He doesnt give specs but it says 600 watts over 12 strips. 50 a piece. They would definitely need Heatsinks. The dude sent me an email saying under 1050 mA doesnt need one. But people use aluminum sheet pans hahaha ,I guesssss
$0.44 sounds sketchyYou should build an AC cob light. Would be badass, no drivers needed.

It's a pretty simple thing, minus any hype. I'm going to make some for my Veggie room.$0.44 sounds sketchy
How did you come up with 4600k? Half and half? Mine are 8:4, 8-2700k and 4-6500kHLG vs. LRS
The big differences are:
LRS- Fan. 88% efficiency. CV. 3 year warranty.
HLG- No fan. 94% efficiency. CV, CC. 7 year warranty
price difference: $53
For a DIY, I'm going to go ahead and give these LRS drivers the nod. Just less efficient is the only big difference I can see.
Edit: Oh, when I said those strips shake out to 4500k, it's actually 4600k, I just didn't want to get all specific. 4600k is a veg spec is all I was eluding to.
Been a minute for the bars linked, but yours would wash out to roughly 4000k. It's the average of the bars and the K. Only works out like that though if you have them blended above your area. If you have all 2700k on one side, and all the 6500k on the other side, obviously there is no real average. How did you come up with 4600k? Half and half? Mine are 8:4, 8-2700k and 4-6500k
I had it calculated at 3650k but I’ve been out of school for quite some time. LolBeen a minute for the bars linked, but yours would wash out to roughly 4000k. It's the average of the bars and the K. All said and done, if in a tent with side reflection, you are probably spot on with the 2700k strips being on the outside. With no side reflection, it should be roughly 4000k. How long have you had it?I had it calculated at 3650k but I’ve been out of school for quite some time. Lol
That's a badass light, man.View attachment 54946View attachment 54947View attachment 54948
Just now going into flower under it. Got some 280mm lm301b 3000k strips down the middle, around 800w total, have to turn it way down and that’s with the 301b’s turned off. Gonna need some co2 to crank it up. 24-lm561c strips(24v x 1050mA) 12-lm301b strips (24v x 700mA) she runs cool with a 6” fan blowing across, without she gets close to 120 degrees F on back of the angle, all on 1/16 aluminum angle.
Thanks man, it’s the cheapest LED light I’ve got and it’s really growing on me, I think I like it the most. That's a badass light, man.
That's always a bonus! U usually get what u pay for. Definitely thinking about the unassembled so I can save a littleThanks man, it’s the cheapest LED light I’ve got and it’s really growing on me, I think I like it the most.
