I played in 5 or 6 rock bands over the years. I hardly play anymore.I have no bounds on genre & I can play just about everything. Probably be easier to say what I dont play haha.
I've recorded, produced, mixed and mastered hip hop beats & songs for some of Detroit's/Midwest's local and national acts (wont say who for obvious reasons). I have literally 100's of beats produced and sold. I've played guitar and drums in a few death metal bands, Ive played acoustic guitar & harmonica in folk trios, I was a DJ for a couple nu-metal bands, done some sit in studio work for a while, ran a studio for a while .... the list goes on. Zero prejudice here when it comes to music. It kept food on the table for decades.
In more recent days now I just play acoustic for my wife or at the occasional get together with friends lol.
Cody Jinks? Whiskey Meyers?I played in 5 or 6 rock bands over the years. I hardly play anymore.
One of my Ex's is a sing/songwriter in Nashville. I played the legendary "Blue Bird Cafe" when we were together. I was in the "Musicians Union" for a few years. Met a few famous Nashville artists. Even met the guy who did the "duck calls" on HeeHaw. lol We played the fair circuit back in the 90's. Had a small recording studio about the same time. Played guitar and sang in a 3 pc band for many years.
Those names aren't familiar to me. I did meet George Jones and Joy White back stage one night. My ex's manager run the Dolly Pardon "Redman Tours" at the time. We used to play the bar where Billy Ray got his start. (Ragtime Lounge from our area). That's been a long time ago. lolCody Jinks? Whiskey Meyers?
