Massive pest infestation, can you identify

Got some fowl bastards tearing up my crop. Ate all 4 of my tarts seedlings, and one strawberry banana.

I'm thinking integrated past management's going to include either soup or bbq!

I used to try growing outside here moons ago. Had to stop because every time I had something out, the birds would fly down and pluck them on me. Had it happen so many times I just stopped doing it.
